Predstavljen izgled R Towera, budućeg nebodera u Sarajevu visokog 180 metara
Riječ je o neboderu koji bi, pored poslovnog dijela zgrade, trebao sadržavati i hotel te privatne stanove. Investitor će biti kao i u slučaju Ski Towera kompanija Avaz Roto Press.
Neboder bi trebao s antenom biti visok 181 metar, čime će biti viši od Avaz Twist Towera, dok je visina objekta bez antene 151 metar.
Render i video ovog planiranog objekta krerao je ADS studio Sarajevo, a arhitekti dizajnerski zanimljivog R Towera su Faruk Kapidžić i Darijo Bojanić.
Na priloženom videu uočljiv je i budući izgled okoline Avaz Twist Towera (ATT) i R Towera koji u obzir uzima i planiranu Prvu transverzalu s modernom saobraćajnicom i tramvajskim pojasom.
Podsjetimo, na sjednici Općinskog vijeća Centar u januaru je usvojena odluka o izmjenama i dopunama te provođenju izmjena i dopuna urbanističkog projekta “Centrotrans” Alhos – I faza, čime su otvorena vrata gradnji koja je tada podrazumijevala Ski Tower.
Ovo je zapravo već druga izmjena ideje izgleda nebodera pokraj ATT-a – prvo rješenje nosilo je naziv Queen Tower.
