Prva grupa njemačkih vojnika u utorak stiže u BiH
U utorak stiže kontingent od 50 vojnika Njemačke vojske (Bundeswehr) u sklopu misije EUFOR Althea u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Kako prenose Vijesti.ba, prema navodima njemačkog lista Spiegel, njemački Bundestag odobrio je u julu raspoređivanje njemačkih vojnika u BiH.
U početku bi trebao stići manji broj vojnika, a onda se postepeno povećavati, rekli su iz zapovjedništva Bundeswehra.
Uloga njemačkih vojnika u Sarajevu bi trebala biti koordinacija obuke pripadnika Oružanih snaga BiH. Dva tima za vezu i posmatranje trebala bi se nalaziti u Republici Srpskoj.
Njemačka vojska učestvovala je u misiji EU od 2004. do 2012. godine. Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova i odbrane u Berlinu kao razloge povratka navelo je napetu političku situaciju u BiH i utjecaj Rusije, navodi Spiegel.
