Prvih mjesec dana mandata Vlade TK: Od ukupno 18, u prvih mjesec dana Vlada u potpunosti realizirala 5 mjera
Povodom prvih mjesec dana mandata, premijer Tuzlanskog kantona Irfan Halilagić u utorak je sa članovima Vlade Tuzlanskog kantona upriličio konferenciju za medije. ˝Prilikom imenovanja sam rekao da nova Vlada Tuzlanskog kantona preuzima odgovornost 8 mjeseci prije izbora što svakako nije izgovor niti alibi. Naprotiv to je dodatni motiv svima nama da realiziramo naše programske ciljeve i načinimo iskorake u svakoj sferi društvenog života po kojima ćemo biti prepoznatljivi˝, kazao je Halilagić.
Kako su istakli, prvi rezultati rada pokazuju da su na dobrom putu. ˝Smatramo da je ova vlada pokazala i demonstrirala upravo one odrednice koje se od nje očekuju, dinamičnost, energičnost, pravovremenost i odlučnost u djelovanju i odlučivanju. Skupštinska većina definisala je 18 mjera kao dio koalicionog sporazuma i te su mjere postale sastavni dio ekspozea premijera, koje ćemo nastojati da realiziramo u ovih 8 mjeseci“, kazao je premijer Halilagić ističući da je koncipiran i tzv. ‘Ekspozimetar’, kao mjerni instrument uspješnosti realizacije obećanih mjera. Gdje tačno pratimo realizaciju naših obećanja.
˝S ponosom mogu reći da smo, od njih 18, 5 mjera već u potpunosti realizirali, a da smo u većini preostalih već značajno odmakli na način da smo donijeli potrebne propise (zakone) ili smo osigurali sredstva za njihovu realizaciju. Realizaciju navedenih očekujemo nakon rebalansa Budžeta TK koji ćemo vrlo brzo uputiti u Skupštinsku proceduru“, kazao je premijer Halilagić.
˝Već na samoj sjednici Skupštine ukinuli smo povećanje plaća izabranim zvaničnicima. S ciljem uvođenja elektronske zdravstvene knjižice, ali i brojnih drugih pogodnosti za građane i pacijente, potpisali smo Ugovor za nabavku softvera za potrebe integrisanog zdravstvenog informacionog sistema zdravstvenih ustanova i Zavoda zdravstvenog osiguranja TK i nadogradnje postojećeg sistema. Povećali smo visinu osnovice za obračun novčane egzistencijalne naknade za demobilisane borce. Povećali smo iznose dječijeg dodatka. Za svaku majku porodilju bez obzira na status, osigurali smo mjesečni iznos od 1000 KM, a najduže do 12 mjeseci. Povećali smo mjesečni iznos naknade za nabavku posebne hrane oboljelim od celijakije, te stvorili preduslove za stipendiranje nadarenih učenika i studenata“, nabrojao je ukratko do sada realizirane mjere premijer Halilagić.
Gledano statistički, u ovih mjesec dana Vlada je održala ukupno 10 sjednica na kojima je razmatrano ukupno oko 120 tačaka dnevnog reda, sa oko 150 mjera, među kojima se nalazilo i 6 zakonskih rješenja.
Osim prezentacije realiziranih mjera, Vlada je prezentirala i druge aktivnosti koje su realizirane tokom proteklih 30-tak dana, a koje nisu bile u fokusu javnosti.
Na kraju konferencije premijer Halilagić je najavio da će ovakve konferencije biti pravilo u radu Vlade, te izrazio očekivanje da će takav odnos, osim povećanja efikasnosti doprinijeti i do povećanja stepena transparentnosti rada Kantonalne vlade.
