PSG izborio osminu finala, Tottenham uvjerljiv protiv Zvezde, “šestica” Reala
Nogometaši Bayerna, Juventusa i PSG-a izborili su osminu finala Lige nakon susreta 4. kola u srijedu.
U skupini A PSG je dva kola prije kraja osigurao osminu finala minimalnom pobjedom (1:0) u Parizu nad Club Bruggesom. Parižani su poveli golom Icardija i očekivala se uvjerljiva pobjeda francuskog prvaka. No, Belgijanci se nisu dali, a u 76. minuti njihov napadač Diagne je promašio kazneni udarac jer je njegov šut s bijele točke obranio vratar Navas. Matej Mitrović je ostao na klupi Bruggesa.
Real je na Bernabeuu uvjerljivom pobjedom protiv Galatarasaya (6:0) učvrstio drugo mjesto u skupini. Real je već nakon samo 13 minuta vodio s 3:0, uz dva gola Brazilca Rodryga i Ramosa iz penala, a u 45. minuti pogodio je i Benzema, koji je bio strijelac i za 5:1 u 81. minuti. Luka Modrić je ušao u igru u 60. minuti, a u sudačkoj nadoknadi Rodrygo je došao do hat-tricka za konačnih 6:0.
PSG vodi s 12 bodova, Real ima sedam, Club Brugges dva, a Galatasaray jedan bod.
Atletico je gostovao kod Bayera u Leverkusenu i pobjedom je mogao izboriti osminu finala,ali su Colchonerosi neočekivano izgubili s 1:2. Nijemci su poveli u 41. minuti autogolom Thomasa Parteya, a u 55. minuti Voland je povećao na 2:0 za njemačku momčad, koja do večeras nije imali nijedan bod i samo jedan postignuti gol. U 94. minuti je Morata smanjio na 2:1.
Na ljestvici vodi Juventus s 10 bodova, Atletico ima sedam, a Lokomotiv i Bayer po tri boda.
U ranijim utakmicama Juventus je pobijedio Lokomotiv 2:1, dok je Bayern srušio Olympiakos s 2:0.
Tottenham je u Beogradu s uvjerljivih 4:0 pobijedio Crvenu Zvezdu. Lo Celso je zabio za 1:0 u 34. minuti, Heung-Min Son je zabio dva brza gola u 57. i 61., a Christian Eriksen je u 85. postavio konačan rezultat.
