Radončić za N1: Zapovijed teško krivično djelo, sutra podnosim krivičnu prijavu
Na današnjoj vanrednoj sjednici Kantonalnog štaba civilne zaštite Kantona 10 donesene su četiri nove naredbe koje su usmjerene na suzbijanje pojave i širenja zaraze uzrokovane korona virusom (COVID-19) na području ovog kantona. Među njima je i skandalozna odluka o zabrani ulaska državljanima BiH u ovaj kanton.
U izjavi za N1 televiziju, ministar sigurnosti Bosne i Hercegovine Fahrudin Radončić kazao je da se u ovom slučaju radi o grubom kršenju Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine jer su granična pitanja u isključivoj nadležnosti Predsjedništva BiH, Vijeća ministara i Granične policije BiH.
“Ova zapovijed je teško krivično djelo, mora biti stavljeno van snage, a pravna država će reagirati. Ja ću ove stvari nazvati stupidnošću jer pokušaj ovog kantona da zabrani kretanje državljanima BiH je pokušaj vraćanja na period iz rata što su davna prošla vremena. Radi se o pokušaju korištenja pandemije za maštanje o paradržavnim teritorijama i nadležnostima. To nije moguće i ja ću već sutra, kao ministar sigurnosti, podnijeti krivičnu prijavu i očekujem promptno procesuiranje”, rekao je Radončić za N1.
Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova Kantona 10 zaduženo “da uspostavi punktove na svim ulazima” u ovaj kanton.
Naredba stupa na snagu danom donošenja, a primjenjivat će se od utorka, 24. 03. 2020. godine u 6,00 sati.
