Raspisan novi tender o podjeli i montaži 100 Fikretovih respiratora
Tender je raspisan 23.septembra i radi se o kako ja navedeno, “pregovaračkim postupkom bez objave obavještenja”
Federalna uprava civilne zaštite (FUZC) objavila je prekjučer početkom novi tender za montiranje – verifikaciju, servis i transport stotinu respiratora koji su nabavljeni posredstvom firme “Srebrena malina” iz Kine u BiH, saznaje „Dnevni avaz“.
Ovim je potvrđeno nedavno pisanje “Avaza” da će ići novi, ali izmijenjeni tender.
Tender je raspisan 23.septembra i radi se o kako ja navedeno, “pregovaračkim postupkom bez objave obavještenja”.Razlog za raspisivanje novog tendera jeste taj što se na prvobitni, koji je bio s obaviještenjem, nije prijavila nijedna firma.
Vrijednost ugovora koji se odnosi na montiranje i postavljanje procijenjena je na 175.500 maraka
Na raspisani tender od 18. avgusta tada je stigla samo jedna prijava, i to za LOT 1, i tiče se verifikacije uređaja. Bez montaže, respiratori ne mogu biti podijeljeni medicinskim ustanovama. Oni već pet mjeseci stoje u skladištu jedne privatne firme u Rajlovcu.
Inače, trakavica s podjelom respiratora traje mjesecima, još od aprila.
U nabavku uređaja plaćenih 10,5 miliona KM uključilo se Tužilaštvo BiH, a već mjesecima su pod istragom federalni premijer Fadil Novalić, suspendirani direktor FUCZ-a Fahrudin Solak, vlasnik „Srebrene maline“ Fikret Hodžić i direktor Agencije za lijekove Aleksandar Zolak. U ovom predmetu ispitano je više od 30 svjedoka, a pitanje je dana kada će biti podignuta optužnica.
