Realizovana vježba spašavanja na vodi, “BRZI ODGOVOR NA POPLAVE”
Dana 10. Novembra 2021.godine u organizaciji općine Domaljevac-Šamac realizovana je vježba spašavanja na vodi, “BRZI ODGOVOR NA POPLAVE” u slučaju eventualnih prirodnih nesreća, poplava, uz podršku USAID (FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE) ,Američka organizacija za međunarodni razvoj i CRS (CATHOLIC RELIEF SERVICES), Međunarodna humanitarna organizacija katoličke zajednice u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama.
U navedenoj vježbi na poziv Crvenog križa općine Domaljevac-Šamac učestvovala su 2 tima za pružanje prve pomoći Crvenog križa Grada Gradačac.

Scenarij dijela vježbe koji se odnosi na djelovanje Crvenog križa Grada Gradačac.
Crveni križ Grada Gradačac imao je sljedeće dužnosti:
Za navedenu vježbu
Sekretar Crvenog križ Grada Gradačac formirao je dva mobilna tima za pružanje prve pomoći .
Opis situacije:
Usljed obilnih kišnih padavina u Bosni i Hercegovini dolazi do izliva rijeka Bosna i Sava.
Ugroženi su ljudski životi i materijalna dobra na području Sjeveroistočne Bosne.
Na poziv Crvenog križa općine Domaljevac-Šamac upućenom Crvenom križu Grada Gradačac, dva uvježbana tima sa opremom za pružanje prve pomoći polaze iz Gradacca motornim vozilima prema općini Domaljevac-Šamac.
Po dolasku odmah se stavljaju na raspolaganje lokalnim strukturama vlasti (Civilnoj zaštiti, Crvenom križu).
Dvije supozicije,radne tačke koje su realizovali timovi prve pomoći iz Gradačca.
Supozicija 1.
Spašavanje i reanimacija utopljenika
Tim 1 prve pomoći:
- Azur Čobo ,certificirani instruktor prve pomoći
- Maida Omeragić , učenik MSŠ Hasan Kikić Gradačac, medicinski tehničar
Oživljavanje CPR radi se na lutci metodom vanjske masaže srca i upuhivanja zraka usta na usta u omjeru 30:2, 4 ciklusa.
Supozicija 2.
Zaustavljanje krvarenja
na desnoj podlaktici i smirivanje histerične osobe
Tim 2 prve pomoći :
- Sadmir Zelinkić, certificirani instruktor prve pomoći
- Belna Hrnčić, učenik Gimnazije Mustafa Novalic Gradačac, obučeni član tima prve pomoći
Zaustavljanje krvarenja vrši se klasičnom upotrebom medicinskog materijala. Postavljanje zavoja na posjekotinu,ranu.
Smirivanje histerične osobe izvesti metodom manipulacije. Kontrolisati emocionalni stres izazvan strahom skretanjem pažnje verbalnom komunikacijom sa realne situacije.Uspaničenu osobu zagovarati relaksirajucim temama.
Fizički je zaštititi i udaljiti na bezbjedno mjesto od tačke pružanja prve pomoći.
