Rebalans budžeta TK naredne sedmice: Slijedi povećanje plaća, opremanje policije i ulaganje u poljoprivredu
Rebalans budžeta Tuzlanskog kantona (TK), koji će za oko 68 miliona KM biti veći u odnosu na aktuelni, već u utorak će se naći pred kantonalnom Vladom, potvrdio je za Faktor ministar finansija TK Suad Mustajbašić.
– Na ovaj način stvaramo pretpostavke za provedbu mjera na koje se Vlada TK obavezala kada je krajem februara preuzela dužnost. Nakon usvajanja rebalansa ostaje samo operativa, odnosno realizacija – rekao je Mustajbašić.
Ulaganje u obrazovanje
Između ostalog, rebalansom budžeta veće plaće dobit će svi zaposleni u obrazovanju, značajna sredstva bit će usmjerena na opremanje policije te poljoprivredu, a bit će osigurana i jednokratna pomoć penzionerima s najnižom penzijom.
– Za opremanje policije su već odobrena tri miliona, a sada ćemo imati dodatno povećanje u iznosu 12,1 milion KM. Iznos od 17,7 miliona KM za isplatu naknada porodiljama, koje će dobijati 1.000 KM tokom odsustva, ugrađen je u rebalans. Za penzionere je osigurano 3,6 miliona, a povećanje će realizirati Fond PIO uz jednu od penzija. Malo više od deset miliona bit će izdvojeno za povećanje plaća svih zaposlenih u obrazovanju, koje će iznositi 9,5 posto u odnosu na plaću koju su primili u decembru 2021. godine. Za poljoprivredu je planirano povećanje od 3,2 miliona, čime je ukupan iznos za ovu oblast povećan na oko 11,5 miliona KM – navodi ministar Mustajbašić.
Značajna ulaganja, prema riječima ministra finansija, planirana su i u oblasti obrazovanja.
– Izdvojit ćemo i pola miliona maraka za stipendiranje nadarenih učenika i studenata, a osiguran je i novac za nabavku udžbenika za sve osnovce te još 400 hiljada za Muzičku školu u Tuzli. Ukupno ulaganje u projekte u vezi s obrazovanjem će iznositi 3,6 miliona KM – navodi Mustajbašić.
Više od 100 posto
Za neke stavke povećanja će iznositi i više od 100 posto, navodi ministar, pa će tako za izgradnju lokalnih cesta na postojećih 1,8 miliona, biti dodata dva miliona KM, kapitalni izdaci koji podrazumijevaju ulaganja u škole, pravosuđe i kantonalne institucije iznosili su 3,5 miliona, a bit će uvećani na osam miliona KM. Planiran je i prvi milion KM za ulaganje u obnovu zgrade “Soda so”, koja je spaljena tokom februarskih protesta 2014. godine.
– Planirali smo dodatni milion KM za Međunarodni aerodrom Tuzla, pored 880 hiljada koje su planirane ranije, a još 650 hiljada KM planirano je za oblast sporta, kulture i mladih. Robne rezerve su imale na raspolaganju nešto manje od milion KM, a to ćemo povećati za još milion maraka. Osigurano je 600 hiljada KM za informatizaciju zdravstvenih ustanova, odnosno nabavku opreme potrebne za uvođenje elektronske zdravstvene knjižice. Imamo i povećanje od tri miliona KM u oblasti prostornog uređenja i zaštite okolice te 1,3 miliona za opremanje štabova civilne zaštite – naveo je Mustajbašić.
