Reis Kavazović: BiH je lokomotiva koja je na velikoj nizbrdici i ide prema ambisu
PREDBAJRAMSKI INTERVJU ZA GLAS AMERIKE
“Visoki predstavnik je radio na izmjenama propisa na način koji ugrožava vladavinu prava. On je suspendirao Ustav FBiH na jedan dan, tako što je oduzeo ovlasti Refiku Lendi da njegov potpis ne važi jedan dan. To je najveća povreda propisa u Bosni i Hercegovini.”
Reisu-l-ulema Islamske zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini Husen-efendija Kavazović u intervjuu za Glas Amerike izjavio da je Bosna i Hercegovina pod evropskim patronatom pretvorena u vreću za udaranje. Kavazović smatra da Bosnu i Hercegovinu napadaju susjedi potpomognuti silama iz Evropske unije.
Govorio je i o problemu državne i vakufske imovine, o položaju Bošnjaka, a u kontekstu bajramske poruke naglasio očuvanje vrijednosti – vjera u Boga, poštenje, solidarnost sa zajednicom, otvoreno prihvatanje ljudi i širenje mira.
Upitan za svoju izjavu kada je komentirao posljednja procesuiranja za zloupotrebe položaja u organima vlasti u Sarajevu, da li su samo Bošnjaci najveći i jedini kriminalci ili se drugima gleda kroz prste, Kavazović je kazao da je hapšenje komentirao na osnovu statistike koja pokazuje da je u prošloj godini u Bosni i Hercegovinu podignuto 205 optužnica – 31 u entitetu Republika Srpska, a 158 u Federaciji BiH.
“Od toga je, po kantonima, s hrvatskom većinom pet, a sve druge optužnice su podignute u kantonima s bošnjačkom većinom ili mješovitim stanovništvom. Zato se postavlja pitanje jesu li Bošnjaci kriminalci i jesu li jedini korumpirani narod u Bosni i Hercegovini, a svi drugi nebeski anđeli koji su nevini?”, upitao je.
Osvrnuo se i na pitanje državne imovine, ističući da je to najvažnije pitanje za Bosnu i Hercegovinu.
“Bosna i Hercegovina nastavlja kontinuitetom Dejtonskog sporazuma i sve što joj pripada od imovine, treba ostati u njenoj nadležnosti. Državna imovina se može stepenovati na različitim nivoima (općine, kantoni, entiteti, itd.), ali ne može biti imovina navedenih.
Podržavamo presude Ustavnog suda BiH i stavove OHR-a, iako nam u posljednje vrijeme njihove pojedine odluke nisu jasne. OHR je oformio komisiju o kojoj ne znamo mnogo, ne znamo članove niti njene ovlasti. Da li je to komisija koja će predlagati rješenja parlamentu ili će visoki predstavnik sam donijeti odluku? Također postoji i pitanje restitucije. Pitanje državne imovine se ne bi trebalo rješavati bez restitucije o vjerskim zajednicama, ali i privatnih lica od kojih je oduzimana imovina. Ako taj zakon ne bi bio ispravan, vjerske zajednice i privatna lica od kojih je oduzimana imovina, bi bili oštećeni”, izjavio je reisu-l-ulema.
Komentirao je i izmjene Izbornog zakona Bosne i Hercegovine koje je nametnuo visoki predstavnik Christisan Schmidt. Kavazović smatra da je visoki predstavnik radio na izmjenama propisa na način koji ugrožava vladavinu prava. Podsjetio je kako je Schmidt suspendirao Ustav FBiH na jedan dan tako što je oduzeo ovlasti Refiku Lendi da njegov potpis ne važi jedan dan.
“To je najveća povreda propisa u Bosni i Hercegovini i smatram da nije dobra praksa, pogotovo ako dolazi od visokog predstavnika. Političari trebaju reći da li su Bošnjaci oštećeni jer postoji opći dojam da je tako. Ima i naznaka da su tome kumovale komšije sa zapada. Smatram to dugoročno štetnim jer narušava vladavinu prava državi koja teži europskim standardima i integracijama”, kazao je.
Komentirao je i svoju izjavu da institucije Bosne i Hercegovine i državu treba braniti svim sredstvima, pa i oružjem? Pojedini američki zvaničnici su mu zamjerili i izjavu ocijenili preoštrom.
“Zahvalni smo na svemu što su Sjedinjene Američke Države učinile u BiH, ali u jednom momentu su se povukli i prepustili državu Evropskoj uniji koja nije sposobna rješavati teška pitanja na Balkanu, a posebno u Bosni i Hercegovini. Ne možete nekome ko nema kapacitet da rješava probleme (agresija, zločini, genocid) i stalne težnje ka secesiji, prepustiti posao.
Iako je Slobodan Milošević procesuiran u Hagu, politički projekat nije završio u Hagu, on i dalje živi ovdje. Bosna i Hercegovina je pod evropskim patronatom pretvorena u vreću za udaranje, ko god je želio nešto probati na Bosni i Hercegovine – mogao je to učiniti. Najčešće su to činile Srbija, Hrvatska, Rusija i Mađarska. Svako može doći ovdje i osokoliti snage koje žele razbiti Bosnu i Hercegovinu.
SAD je napravio veliku grešku kada je povukao trupe iz Bosne i Hercegovine. Trebalo je ostaviti makar jedan dio, pa i simboličan, te tako poslati poruku da je Bosna i Hercegovine država koja je pod američkom protekcijom. SAD se opredijelio za crnu listu koja nije dovela do rezultata. Bosna i Hercegovina je lokomotiva koja je na velikoj nizbrdici i ide prema ambisu. Plašim se da će crna lista u crno zaviti Bosnu i Hercegovinu zbog nepravovremenog reagovanja prema onima koji razbijaju Bosnu i Hercegovinu, tako da se uklone s političke scene.
U protivnom, to bi moglo dovesti do nove tragedije. Ne može Bosna i Hercegovina biti žrtva odnosa Srbije i Kosova, jer bošnjački narod to osjeća. Bošnjaci su doživjeli velike zločine i genocid i to treba prestati. Smatramo da se politika predsjednika Bidena treba popraviti, da se više jača stabilnost te da se susjedima jasno stavi do znanja da je Bosna i Hercegovina suverena zemlja i pod protekcijom SAD-a”, ocijenio je Kavazović
Nedavno je presuđeni ratni zločinac Dario Kordić izjavio da bi sve ponovo radio kao i ratnih godina te da se ne kaje za učinjeno. Na pitanje koliko ovakve izjave izazivaju strah među Bošnjacima, Kavazović je kazao “izjava je sramna i ne mislim da je prijetnja”. Problem je, smatra, u pozadini naših susjeda koji veličaju ratne zločince, odlikuju ih, daju imena važnim ustanovama po ratnih zločincima te tretiraju Darija Kordića kao nekoga ko se pokajao i dobio oreal sveca.
“Dočekuju ga političari visokog ranga i određeni biskupi iz Katoličke crkve. Ratnim zločincima to daje nova krila da se nikada ne pokaju za nedjela. Društvo griješi odnosom prema njima. Oni ne mogu biti heroji, oni su ratni zločinci i do smrti trebaju okajavati grijehe. Ne trebaju biti model na kojem ćemo odgajati nove generacije”, poručio je, između ostalog, reisu-l-ulema Islamske zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini Husein-efendija Kavazović.
