Pred nama su dani koji traže našu budnost u odbrani naše zemlje, časti i slobode. Prolazan je život a jedna je domovina. Greške koje učinimo danas sutra će nas skupo koštati – poručio je u hutbi, koju je održao u džamiji Kralj Abdullah u Tuzli, reisu-l-ulema Islamske zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini Husein-ef. Kavazović.
Reisu-l-ulema je ovom prilikom podsjetio da će onaj kome Allah otvori srce za uputu i obdari ga razumom da razmišlja o sebi i svijetu oko sebe, vidjeti da je život na dunjaluku poput putnika i gosta, koji će doći i otići, pa će ga hvaliti ili kuditi, prezirati ili za njim žaliti.
– Sretan će biti onaj koga ukrasi ovog svijeta ne zavedu i koji ne bude opijen njegovim sjajem. To su oni kojima su na srcu riječi Božije: „Imetak i čeljad su ukrasi ovoga svijeta, a dobra djela, koja vječno traju, bit će od Gospodara tvoga bolje nagrađena i ono u što se čovjek može pouzdati.“ U ovom ajetu nas Uzvišeni poziva na aktivni odnos prema životu. Za dobra djela treba da ulažemo puno svog vremena, truda i želje za činjenjem. Život i treba da bude mjesto takvih stalnih napora. Naša dobra djela su naš zalog za ahiret, ušteđevina koju ćemo trošiti onda kada nam bude najkorisnija – rekao je reisu-l-ulema.
Naveo je kur'anski ajet u kome se o ahiretu govori kao o boljem svijetu: „Onaj svijet je, zaista, bolji za tebe od ovog svijeta.“
– Ima onih koji, radeći za ahiret, dobiju i dunjaluk, a ima i onih koji, radeći za dunjaluk, izgube oba. O tome govori Allah: „Tako mi vremena! Svaki čovjek je na gubitku. Osim onih koji vjeruju i dobra djela čine…“ Živa vjera koja se uselila u naša srca nam daje snagu da slijedimo Božiju riječ i postupamo po uputama Vjerovjesnika, a.s., i naših dobrih prethodnika. I danas, ako pogledamo oko sebe, naći ćemo dobrih ljudi, koji se na Allaha oslanjaju i koji na blagodatima zahvaljuju i drugima od njih udjeljuju. Oni su ispravno razumjeli Božije darove: život i vrijeme i njihovu neponovljivost – naveo je reisu-l-ulema.
On je naglasio kako samo dobro djelo čovjeka čini besmrtnim.
– Zar tome nije svjedok i Turali-begova džamija u ovom gradu? Ona svojim trajanjem svjedoči o istinitosti riječi da djela učinjena u ime Boga, a u korist ljudi, ostaju onoliko dugo koliko je bio iskren nijet njihovog hajir-sahibije. Četiri i po stoljeća u ovom gradu postoji Turali-begova, u našem narodu poznata kao Poljska džamija. Ona je mjesto onih koji se Allahu predaju u svojim namazima i dovama. Koliko je samo riječi zahvale Bogu iz srca mu'mina čulo ovo mjesto! Koliko je ljudi, muškaraca i žena, starih i mladih, upućivalo svoje skrušene dove! Koliko je ljudi našlo olakšanje za svoje tegobe, čulo savjet i pronašlo sebe u svijetu za kojeg je Vjerovjesnik,a.s., rekao: „Ja sam na ovom svijetu poput konjanika koji jaše u ljetnom danu, pa ugleda drvo s debelim hladom. Svrati za trenutak da se odmori, a zatim ustane i produži dalje“ – rekao je Kavazović.
Turali-beg je razumio Vjerovjesnikov govor i spoznao da život na ovom svijetu vrijedi onoliko koliko vrijedi hlad jednog drveta.
– Svaki čovjek je samo putnik ili gost koji prolazi ovim svijetom. To je naš usud, bez obzira na državu u kojoj živimo, na vladara kojemu služimo, na družinu kojoj pripadamo ili ciljeve za koje se zalažemo. „A djela koja vječno traju, bit će od Gospodara tvoga bolje nagrađena“, stoji u Kur'anu – istaknuo je.
O stanju morala u jednom društvu govori i odnos vlasti prema ljudskim pravima, ljudskom dostojanstvu i imovini onih kojih više nema među živima: legatima, vakufima i zadužbinama, nastavio je reisu-l-ulema Kavazović.
– Prilika je ovo, dok obilježavamo četiri stotine i pedeset godina Turali-begova vakufa, da na ovu anomaliju, nepravdu i zulum, koji traje nad vakufom skoro puno stoljeće, ukažemo i na ovom mjestu. Vlast može biti pravedna, pa je blagoslovljena; ili nepravedna, pa je prezrena. Turali-beg je bio osmanlijski sandžak-beg, državnik koji je iza sebe ostavio vakufe u Bosni, Hrvatskoj i Srbiji. Njegove zadužbine imale su veliki utjecaj na razvoj gradova Iloka, Čačka i Tuzle.Svoju imovinu je uložio u vakuf: u izgradnju puteva, džamija, mekteba, imareta, slanih bunareva i dućana. Primjer njegova vakufa, kao i primjer mnogih drugih vakufa,između ostalog, jeste i bolna povijest nasilja nad vakufskom imovinom. Od austrougarske i srbijanske vladavine nad Bosnom, do komunista, koji su vakuf bespravno otimali, i demokrata koji ga bespravno krčme i prodaju, u Bosni je ostao samo jedan vakuf, koji je sposoban sebe donekle održavati. To je Gazi Husrev-begov vakuf. Hiljade porodica u našoj zemlji čekaju da im vlast vrati ili kompenzira njihovu nezakonito otetu imovinu. Isto je i s vakufskim hajratima i zadužbinama u našoj zemlji – rekao je reisu-l-ulema.
Danas, nažalost, nije rijedak slučaj da državni službenici, uz podršku vlasti, iz katastra i gruntovnice brišu vakufsku imovinu, dok sudovi pogoduju krupnom kapitalu da se domogne imovine koja pripada građanima i zadužbinama, rekao je Kavazović.
– Pitamo se, dokle će ovo nasilje trajati. Hoće li i kada će biti donesen zakon o restituciji? Kada će vakufi dobiti status zadužbina i kada će prestati od strane vlasti otuđenje i nezakonito raspolaganje vakufskom imovinom? Utječemo se Bogu od nepravde i zuluma koji se čini. Molimo Ga da silnike zamijeni onima koji će biti čestiti i pravedni, koji će se Boga bojati i tuđi hak poštivati – naglasio je.
Veliko je Allahovo obećanje da „onaj ko učini i trun dobra vidjet će ga“, poručio je reisu-l-ulema.
– Pred nama su dani koji traže našu budnost u odbrani naše zemlje, časti i slobode. Prolazan je život a jedna je domovina. Greške koje učinimo danas sutra će nas skupo koštati. Neka oni koji u naše ime razgovaraju o tome vode računa.
