Rudari i Vlada FBiH postigli dogovor: Ispunjeno 10 od 13 zahtjeva, sutra nastavak
Na večerašnjoj press konferenciji nakon sastanka predstavnika Sindikata rudara i pregovaračkog tima Vlade Federacije BiH saopćeno je da je postignut dogovor za 10 od 13 zahtjeva rudara, a o preostala tri će se razgovarati već ujutro.Jedan od zahtjeva koji nije usaglašen je zahtjev za smjenu direktora Elektroprivrede BiH Admira Andelije.
Također nije bilo saglasnosti za smjenu direktora Rudnika “Kreka” iz Tuzle Huseina Trumića zbog katastrofalnih proizvodnih rezultata, devastiranih međuljudskih odnosa, jednostranog usvajanja odluka od značaja po životni standard radnika i izdavanje naloga za pokretanje krivične prijave protiv predsjednika Sindikalne organizacije istog rudnika.
Predstavnici rudara i pregovarački tim Vlade FBiH nije uspio na večerašnjem sastanku usaglasiti stavove ni oko dnevnica rudarima za vrijeme radničkog neposluha i protesta.
Kako je rečeno na konferenciji za medije očekuje se da će pregovori oko ova tri zahtjeva biti nastavljeni sutra i da se očekuje da će po pitanju njih biti postignut kompromis.
Podsjećamo, rudari su rekli da, ukoliko ne budu prihvaćeni njihovi zahtjevi, bit će utvrđen novi datum protesta ispred Vlade FBiH, gdje će rudari doći sa svojim porodicama i podrškom građana ovog entiteta.
Oni su prošle sedmice dva dana protestovali ispred Vlade FBiH u Sarajevu uz poruku da neće biti proizvodnje uglja dok im se ne ispune zahtjevi.
Večeras su usaglašeni sljedeći zahtjevi:
- Elektroprivreda do 31. maja sljedeće godine mora sačiniti Plan i program uvezivanja radnog staža svim radnicima rudnika koji su u sastavu koncerna
- Elektroprivreda i Sindikat se obavezuju na primjenu važećeg Kolektivnog ugovora o pravima i obavezama poslodavaca i radnika u oblasti rudarstva u FBiH
- Elektroprivreda i Sindikat se obavezuju da najkasnije do 30. aprila sljedeće godine usaglase jedinstven Pravilnik o radu i Pravilnik o radnom učinku za sve rudnike u sastavu koncerna
- Elektroprivreda se obavezuje da odustane od primjene postojećeg Pravilnika o radu i Pravilnika o radnom učinku do usaglašavanja novih
- Elektroprivreda se obavezuje na potpuno ispunjenje obaveza iz Sporazuma sa Sindikatom od 19. maja 2021. godine
- Elektroprivreda i menadžmenti sedam rudnika uglja u FBiH se obavezuju da u određenim okolnostima primjena mjere Prekida rada je moguće vršiti u rudnicima uglja uz saglasnost sindikata i Vijeća zaposlenika pod usaglašenim uslovima po pitanju materijalnih prava radnika
- Elektroprivreda se obavezuje najkasnije do 3. decembra da će zatražiti od Vlade FBiH saglasnost za izmjenu cijene uglja koji se iz rudnika isporučuje Elektroprivredi
- Elektroprivreda se obavezuje nakon date saglasnosti Vlade FBiH da će rudnicima dostaviti prijedlog Ugovora o isporuci uglja za 2022. godinu po većoj cijeni za 20 posto u odnosu na cijenu utvrđenu Ugovorom o isporuci uglja za 2021. godinu
- Elektroprivreda i rudnici se obavezuju da će osigurati potrebna sredstva za izmirivanje obaveza s ciljem ispunjenja obaveza za penzionisanje svih uposlenika koji su u prethodnom periodu stekli ili će dokraja 2022. godine steći uslove za penzionisanje
- Elektroprivreda i rudnik uglja “Gračanica” se obavezuju na nastavak provođenja aktivnosti koje za krajnji cilj imaju otvaranje zamjenskog kapaciteta za PK”Dimnjače” u rudniku uglja “Gračanica”.
