Sankcije Kukiću veliki su ispit za tuzlanski SDP: Srušiti svoju vladu ili biti neprincipijelan?
Vlast u Tuzlanskom kantonu odlučna je za djelovanje protiv korupcije, a američke sankcije izrečene lideru PDA Mirsadu Kukiću koaliciju stavljaju na poseban ispit. Izuzetno je dramatično za SDP TK koji ima dvije opcije – srušiti svoju vladu ili postati neprincipijelan.
State Department zvanično je uveo sankcije predsjedniku PDA Mirsadu Kukiću, a kako je navedeno u obrazloženju odluke te američke institucije, on je sankcionisan zbog umiješanosti u koruptivne aktivnosti koje su se odnosile na rad Rudnika mrkog uglja (RMU) u Banovićima.
Ovakva odluka prirodno bi se trebala reflektirati i na aktuelnu vlast u Tuzlanskom kantonu u kojoj se nalazi Socijaldemokratska partija (SDP) sa osam zastupničkih mjesta, zatim Pokret demokratske akcije (PDA) sa šest te Naša stranka i Savez za bolju budućnost (SBB) sa po dva.
Shodno dogovoru predstavnika stranaka ove parlamentarne većine, SDP-u su uz mjesto premijera pripala i četiri ministarstva, a isto toliko ima i PDA, dok po dva pripadaju Našoj stranci i SBB-u.
Ovakva koalicija formirana je u januaru prošle godine nakon izuzetno jakih političkih turbulencija u najmnogoljudnijem kantonu u Federaciji BiH, a još tada “na nožu” javnosti se našao SDP kojem je spočitavana saradnja sa PDA koja je u svoje redove uvela i člana HDZ-a.
Međutim, situacija je sada znatno složenija.
Naime, shodno broju mandata, SDP ima najveću odgovornost, a upravo iz ove partije u proteklom periodu zalagali su se za borbu protiv korupcije, što je prepoznala i međunarodna zajednica, podržavši donošenje Zakona o prijavljivanju, porijeklu i kontroli imovine izabranih dužnosnika, nosilaca izvršnih funkcija i savjetnika TK, za koji su se posebno zalagali i iz Naše stranke.
U ovom trenutku, jedina opcija za očuvanje principijelnosti SDP-u predstavlja rušenje sopstvene vlade, s obzirom na to da bi veoma teško pronašli šest ruku koliko im donosi PDA.
U kojem smjeru će SDP usmjeriti svoj brod, još uvijek nije poznato, s obzirom na to da se ne očitavaju o novonastaloj situaciji, kao ni predstavnici ostalih stranaka koji participiraju u tuzlanskoj vlasti.
No, potezi će zasigurno morati biti povučeni u skorije vrijeme, a osim SDP-a svoju (ne)principijelnost će pokazati i iz Naše stranke te SBB-a.
