Šatorović: Jedan broj poslodavaca već podržava naš prijedlog zakona o najnižoj plaći u FBiH
Savez samostalnih sindikata Bosne i Hercegovine (SSSBiH) očekuje od Vlade Federacije BiH da prihvati prijedlog zakona o najnižoj plaći u Federaciji od 1.000 KM, i nakon usaglašavanja sa socijalnim partnerima uputi ga u Parlament FBiH, rekao je za Faktor Selvedin Šatorović, predsjednik Sindikata.
Podsjećamo, SSSBiH je simbolično 1. maja predstavio javnosti prijedlog zakona o najnižoj plaći od 1.000 KM.
Sada je u Federaciji najnića plaća 406 KM.
– Savez samostalnih sindikata Bosne i Hercegovine je uputio Inicijativu za usvajanje zakona o minimalnoj plaći predstavnicima izvršne i zakonodavne vlasti, kao i socijalnim partnerima, ukazujući im na neophodnost njegovog donošenja. Moramo kazati da već imamo pozitivne efekte po ovom pitanju, gdje je od određenih poslodavaca podržana ova inicijativa i sam tekst prijedloga zakona o minimalnoj plaći. Također, ekonomski analitičari su indirektno dali podršku ovoj inicijativi jer bi se povećanjem minimalne plaće povećala i potrošnja građana što bi bio i jedan od mehanizama za oporavak već posrnule privrede u Bosni i Hercegovini usljed pandemije – rekao nam je Šatorović.
Dodaje kako oni, kao legalisti očekuju da Vlada Federacije BiH prihvati tekst prijedloga koji su im poslali i nakon usaglašavanja sa socijalnim partnerima uputi u parlamentarnu proceduru.
– Međutim, ako to ne učini Vlada FBiH, sigurni smo da će neko od parlamentaraca prihvatiti naš tekst i predložiti ga na jednoj od narednih sjednica Parlamenta FBiH. Krajnje je vrijeme da se radnik u ovoj državi počne cijeniti i poštovati, jer su svojim trudom i radom poslodavcima stvorili toliko bogatstvo da ga ne mogu potrošiti ni za tri života – poručio je Šatorović.
On je ranije podsjetio kako 90.000 radnika u FBiH prima plaću 450 KM, a oko 260.000 radnika plaću u iznosu od 650 KM. Riječ je o radnicima realnog sektora.
