SDA traži smjenu Gordane Tadić, tvrde da je proces protiv Novalića montiran
“PRAVOSUDNI SKANDAL”
Nakon odluke Suda Bosne i Hercegovine kojom je odbijen zahtjev Tužilaštva za određivanje pritvora premijeru Federacije BiH Fadilu Novaliću, iz Stranke demokratske akcije kazali su da su ovom odlukom otklonjene sve dileme da je Tužilaštvo pokrenulo motiviran proces.Nadalje su napisali kako cilj Tužilaštva nije bio utvrditi činjenice, već po svaku cijenu diskreditirati premijera Novalića i što duže ga zadržati u pritvoru, kako bi bila dovedena u pitanje njegova funkcija i kako bi bio oslabljen bošnjački faktor unutar Vlade Federacije.
“Odbijanje pritvora predstavlja profesionalnu sramotu Gordane Tadić i tužilaca koje je mimo propisanih procedura ovlastila da vode ovaj slučaj. Ovo je i čvrst dokaz da je pritvaranje premijera bilo isključivo politički motivisano, što je prvorazredni pravosudni skandal”, stoji u saopćenju.
Iz SDA su pozvali i članove Visokog sudskog i tužilačkog vijeća da pokrenu proceduru smjene Gordane Tadić sa pozicije glavne tužiteljice, zbog pokušaja izmjene ustavnopravnog poretka u Federaciji i zbog permanentnog narušavanja ugleda samog Tužilaštva i gubitka povjerenja javnosti u nezavisnost ove institucije.
