Sindikat: Ni postojeće naoružanje u Srbiji nema ko da opslužuje i održava
Vojni sindikat Srbije pozdravio je opremanje vojske novim naoružanjem, ali i ocijenio da joj hronično nedostaju kadrovi kojih, u ovom trenutku, nema dovoljno da opslužuju i održavaju ni postojeće oružje koje Srbija posjeduje.
„Dok PR služba ministra odbrane snima lažne kadrove o obuci jedinica vojske, koja se zapravo ne izvodi jer nema s kim, taj isti ministar svoju ministarsku funkciju nije iskoristio za bolјitak profesionalnih pripadnika vojske kojima je poslodavac, već da na obrazu pripadnika vojske popravlјa svoj loš politički rejting polјulјan brojnim kriminalnim i drugim aferama“, naveo je sindikat.
Sindikat je izrazio nadu da će nova Vlada shvatiti ozbiljnost krize koja potresa sistem odbrane i u kojoj mjeri je odbrambena moć zemlje podrivena „katastrofalno lošim, diletantskim i kriminalnim rukovođenjem“.
“Nadamo se i da će odmah po imenovanju novog ministra odbrane otpočeti socijalni dijalog i pregovori sa predstavnicima jedinog reprezentativnog sindikata zaposlenih u odbrani, jer mi činimo vojnički stroj i bolјe od svih znamo koliko je trenutno loša situacija u sistemu odbrane, a kako bi zajedničkim naporima pokušali da na prvom mjestu popravimo stanje kadra koji u ovom trenutku nije dovolјan da VS čini operativnom, bez obzira na novonabavlјenu borbenu tehniku i naoružanje i sve izjave vojnih i državnih zvaničnika o navodno nikad jačoj vojsci”, dodao je sindikat.
