SIPA: Akcija počela juče, jedno lice lišeno slobode

U operativnoj akcija „Bjegunac“ policijski službenici SIPA-e pretresaju osobe, stambene objekte i pokretne stvari koje su u vlasništvu ili ih koriste osumnjičene osobe i privremeno oduzimaju predmete koji mogu poslužiti kao dokaz da su počinjena navedena krivična djela.

Policijski službenici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) danas su započeli pretrese na 22 lokacije na području Bijeljine, Brčko distrikta, Špionice, Pelagićeva i Orašja zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su počinjena krivična djela „Organizovani kriminal“ u vezi sa krivičnim djelom „Neovlaštena proizvodnja i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga“ iz Krivičnog zakona Brčko distrikta Bosne i Hercegovine.

U operativnoj akcija „Bjegunac“ policijski službenici SIPA-e pretresaju osobe, stambene objekte i pokretne stvari koje su u vlasništvu ili ih koriste osumnjičene osobe i privremeno oduzimaju predmete koji mogu poslužiti kao dokaz da su počinjena navedena krivična djela.

Pretresi se vrše po naredbama Osnovnog suda Brčko distrikta i pod nadzorom postupajućeg tužioca Tužilaštva Brčko distrikta, u saradnji sa policijskim službenicima Policije Brčko distrikta, Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srpske i Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Posavskog kantona.

Nevedene aktivnosti su nastavak operativne akcije „Bjegunac“ koja je započeta 21.11.2021. godine, po naredbi Osnovnog suda Brčko distrikta Bosne i Hercegovine, kojom prilikom je na graničnom prelazu Orašje slobode lišeno jedno lice, kada je izvršen pretres lica i putničkog motornog vozila koje koristi ovo lice.

Istog dana na području Bijeljine policijski službenici su izvršili pretres kuće i vikendice koju koristi lice lišeno slobode.

Uzimajuću u obzir da su aktivnosti policijskih službenika u toku, o detaljima operativne akcije javnost će biti informisana naknadno, saopšteno je iz SIPA-e.
