SIPA hapsi u Sarajevu, među osumnjičenima Blekić, Ćelam ko će sve biti uhapšen
Pretres se obavlja po nalogu Tužilaštva Kantona Sarajevo, a obavljaju ga pripadnici SIPA-e
U toku je pretres na više lokacija na području Sarajeva. Radi se o nastavku akcije “Profit”, a osumnjičeno je 16 osoba, potvrđeno je iz SIPA-e za “Avaz”
Pretres se obavlja po nalogu Tužilaštva Kantona Sarajevo, a obavljaju ga pripadnici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA).
Ova akcija ima veze sa slučajem poznatim kao “NLB Vradis”. Lani je SIPA započela rad na ovom predmetu te podnijela izvještaj Tužilaštvu, zbog sumnje na pranje novca. Obavlja se pretres brokerske kuće “Eurohaus”, čiji je diretor Blekić, ali in firmi “Unioninvest” – izgradnja objekata te “Profin invest i KS investment” ali i Komisije za vrijednosne papire.
Istraga u ovom predmetu traje od 2010. godine, a usmjerena je protiv nekoliko osoba i pravnih lica. Među osumnjičenima je i Zijad Blekić, ali i Hasan Ćelam, bivši predsjednik Komsije za vrijednosne papire Federacije. U toku je pretres njegovog stana. Osumnjičen je i njegov saradnik Edin Dizdar. Očekuje se njihovo hapšenje.
– U toku su pretresi lica, stambenih i poslovnih objekata, te pokretnih stvari na više lokacija u Sarajevu, Brezi i Travniku koje koriste 16 fizičkih i devet pravnih lica zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su lica osumnjičena u ovom predmetu počinila krivično djelo iz člana 342. Krivičnog zakona Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine „Organizovani kriminal“, u vezi sa krivičnim djelima iz člana 251. „Prevara u privrednom poslvanju“, člana 272. „Pranje novca“, člana 294. „Prevara“ i člana 383. „Zloupotreba položaja ili ovlaštenja“ saopćeno je iz SIPA-e.
Azra Bavčić, glasnogovornica Tužilaštva KS, rekla je za “Avaz” da su ove osobe osumnjičene za organizirani kriminal i pranje novca. Ona je potvrdila da je jedan od osumnjičenih Blekić.
Nezvanično, SIPA je do sada oduzela velike količine novca, više od pola miliona KM.
U oktobru prošle godine službenici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) izvršili su privremenu obustavu raspolaganja novčanim sredstvima u vlasništvu 11 fizičkih i jedne pravne osobe u ukupnom iznosu većem od sedam miliona KM, što je također bilo u sklopu predmeta “Profit”, a Tužilaštvu KS je podnesen izvještaj, težak 28 miliona KM, zbog sumnje na pranje novca.
