SIPA i MUP RS na 50 lokacija, uhapšeno 19 osoba

Pripadnici Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srpske i Agencije za istrage i zaštitu BiH sprovode akciju “Storidž 2” na području Banjaluke, Gradiške, Bijeljine, Doboja i Novog Grada, saopšteno je iz MUP-a RS.

Pretresi se vrše na osnovu naredbi Suda Bosne i Hercegovine a pod nadzorom Tužilaštva Bosne i Hercegovine, saopšteno je iz SIPA-e.

Akcija se sprovodi s ciljem lišenja slobode većeg broja lica zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su u prethodnom periodu izvršili krivična djela organizovani kriminal u vezi sa neovlaštenim prometom opojnih droga, oružja i vojne opreme, te krijumčarenjem ljudi.

Riječ je o nastavku operativnih akcija “Transporter” i “Ris”.

Prema riječima tužioca Tužilaštva BiH u predmetu “Transporter” kriminalna grupa je od narko kartela iz Južne Amerike, preko Evrope, u BiH nabavljala na tone kokaina.

Pretresi se vrše na osnovu naredbe Suda BiH na više od 50 lokacija, a do sada je slobode lišeno 19 lica – V.U, M.G, S.D, S.V, G.V, A.V, F.M, G.G, D.K, D.R, D.V, K.B, R.N, S.N, N.I, D.G, , D.T, N.T, R.L.

Među uhapšenim je i bivši komandir Jedinice za podršku Policijske uprave Gradiška Dragan Gavrilović, kao i Saša Narančić, javlja BN.

Gavrilovića je još 2019. godine suspendovao i udaljio iz službe načelnik PU Gradiška Bojan Škorić i ministar unutrašnjih poslova Dragan Lukač, dok je Narančić hapšen takođe 2019. godine kada je kod njega pronađena velika laboratorija za proizvodnju droge.

Gavrilović se, prema nezvaničnim izvorima, dovodio u vezu sa licima koja su sklona vršenju krivičnih djela.

Podsjetimo da je nedavno uvelikoj akciji “Transporter” u porodičnim kućama uhapšenih, kao i u poslovnim objektima, pronađena velika suma novca i skupocjeni automobili, kao i 300 kilograma skanka. Osim toga, kod bivšeg Mektićevog savjetnika su pronađeni i povjerljivi dokumenti OSA-e o kriminalnim organizacijama na Zapadnom Balkanu, prenosi BN.

Sud BiH je odredio pritvor za šestoricu od deset uhapšenih, a to su bivši savjetnik Dragana Mektića Bojan Cvijetić, pripadnik MUP-a RS Mladen Milovanović, Saša Rađević, Aleksandar Nikolić, Ivan Jurić i Dragan Kresojević. Milovanović je pušten na slobodu s obzirom na to da je odlučio sarađivati s bh. pravosuđem.

Tužilaštvo BiH: Opsežna akcija i pretresi

Tužilac iz Posebnog odjela za organizirani kriminal, gospodarski kriminal i korupciju, koordinira aktivnosti policijskih djelatnika SIPA, MUP-a RS i MUP-a KS, koji u opsežnoj akciji vrše lišenja slobode i pretrese usmjerene na više od 20 osumnjičenih osoba.

Istraga se odnosi na kaznena djela organiziranog kriminala i neovlaštenog prometa opojnih droga, sa međunarodnim elementima, povezanih sa drugim kaznenim djelima, a u predmetu je ostvarena saradnja sa strukturama Europola i EU.

Organizirana kriminalna skupina, sumnjiči se da je, duži vremenski period, vršila međunarodno krijumčarenje opojnih droga i oružja, na način da su pripadnici grupe djelovali u više država i komunicirali zaštićenim aplikacijama, a opojna droga je najčešće krijumčarena iz Albanije i Crne Gore u BiH, nakon toga krijumčarena dalje prema državama EU u Hrvatsku, Sloveniju, Mađarsku i Njemačku.

– Akcija je rezultat dugotrajne istrage Tužilaštva BiH i partnerskih policijskih agencija i institucija za provedbu zakona iz BiH, država regiona i EU, a sa ciljem da se otkriju i prcesuiraju pripadnici organiziranih grupa narko-kriminala koje djeluju na području Banje Luke, Gradiške i drugih gradova u BiH – saopćio je Odjel za odnose s javnošću Tužilaštva BiH.
