SIPA poslala zahtjev u Peking, od koga je Hodžić kupio respiratore

Saznajemo da su pripadnici SIPA-e jučer odmah zatražili i prikupili određenu dokumentaciju, a istragu bi moglo preuzeti Tužilaštvo BiH

Državna agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) već aktivno radi na predmetu nabavke 100 respiratora koje je poljoprivredno gazdinstvo “Srebrena malina”, u vlasništvu TV voditelja Fikreta Hodžića, kupilo u Kini za 10,5 miliona maraka, nezvanično nam je potvrđeno iz ove agencije.

Saznajemo da su pripadnici SIPA-e jučer odmah zatražili i prikupili određenu dokumentaciju koja je dostupna u BiH, a već je poslan i zahtjev u Kinu kako bi se tačno utvrdilo od koga je i kako “Srebrena malina” nabavila ovu medicinsku opremu.

Iako je oprema stigla iz Pekinga u Sarajevo, na fakturama se, navodno, navodi ime firme iz Šangaja.

Naši izvori tvrde da se sada radi na tome da se prvo prikupi sva dokumentacija, a zatim da se počne sa saslušavanjem svih aktera ove priče. Svi u lancu morat će u SIPA-u i dati iskaz, počevši do Fikreta Hodžića do odgovornih u Federalnoj upravi civilne zaštite koji su ovlastili ovu kompaniju da nabavi respiratore za medicinske ustanove u Federaciji.

S obzirom na to da je riječ o prekograničnoj nabavci opreme, vrijedne 10,5 miliona KM, saznajemo da je pokrenuta inicijativa da Tužilaštvo BiH, umjesto Tužilaštva KS, preuzme ovaj slučaj.

U cijelu priču uključila se i Agencije za javne nabavke BiH i traži sve podatke od Vlade FBiH i Federalnog štaba civilne zaštite.

Kako smo i objavili, fakture dokazuju da oprema identičnih respiratora – ventilatora košta 3,5 miliona dolara. No, još nije plaćen PDV za ovu opremu tako da se ona i dalje nalazi na Aerodromu Sarajevo.

Iznos za PDV veći je od milion KM.

Skandalozno je i da je Agencija za lijekove i medicinska sredstva prekjučer izdala dozvolu za uvoz, a oprema je stigla još u subotu, 25. aprila.
