Četvrta četvrtina je u potpunosti pripala Portlandu, koji je u posljednjih 12 minuta slavio sa 26:12 što je bilo dovoljno za komotnu pobjedu s 14 poena razlike.
Najefikasniji u timu Trail Blazersa bio je Lillard sa 26 poena, a nakon njega Nurkić sa 19 i McCollum sa 16. Indianu su sa po 23 poena predvodili Oladipo i Collison.
Zahvaljujući ovoj pobjedi, Portland je ostao na šestom mjestu Zapadne konferencije sa omjerom 24-21, dok je Indiana s identičnim omjerom šesta na Istoku.
