Skupština CG danas o nepovjerenju Krivokapiću

Poslanici Skupštine Crne Gore danas bi, na odvojenim vanrednim sjednicama, trebalo da raspravljaju o prijedlogu Vlade za skraćenje mandata Skupštini i prijedlogu opozicije i koalicije Crno na bijelo da se glasa o nepovjerenju Vladi.

Vlada Zdravka Krivokapića, u obrazloženju prijedloga za skraćenje mandata Skupštini, navodi da su se od prvog dana izbora Vlade, 4. decembra 2020. godine, “predsjednik Vlade i većina ministara susretali sa brojnim opstrukcijama i osporavanjima u radu”.

Nepovjerenje potpisao 31 poslanik opozicije

U obrazloženju se ističe da su rezultati koje je za kratko vrijeme postigla Vlada Crne Gore najbolji mogući. U obrazloženju se ocjenjuje da je složena politička klima kulminirala odlukom poslaničkog kluba koji predvodi partija potpredsjednika Vlade Dritana Abazovića da krene u postupak izglasavanja nepovjerenja.

Iz Vlade su istakli da je “najbolje i u datim okolnostima jedino demokratsko rješenje za prevazilaženje političke situacije skraćenje mandata Skupštini”, kao i da bi se time stvorili uslovi za raspisivanje vanrednih parlamentarnih izbora.

Prijedlog da se glasa o nepovjerenju Vladi potpisao je 31 poslanik opozicije i koalicije Crno na bijelo.

Krivokapić otežao saradnju zakonodavne i izvršne vlasti

Oni su ocijenili da je Krivokapić svojim djelovanjem više puta u prethodnom periodu ugrozio i otežao saradnju između zakonodavne i izvršne vlasti, što je direktno proizvelo institucionalnu i političku krizu u zemlji i “dovelo do blokade parlamenta”.

Premijer Crne Gore Zdravko Krivokapić rekao je jučer da zna da će danas biti smijenjen.

Dopunama Zakona o lokalnoj samoupravi, koje bi trebalo da budu razmatrane u Skupštini Crne Gore, predviđeno je objedinjavanje lokalnih izbora koji će biti održani u maju.
