Skupština TK: Od sutra počinje naplata kazni za nenošenje maski; Kazne do 500.00 KM
Skupština Tuzlanskog kantona usvojila je Zakon o izmjeni i dopuni Zakona o javnom redu i miru. Ovim zakonom daju se ovlasti policijskim službenicima da na nepoštivanje epidemioloških mjera mogu djelovati represivnije. Da bi stupio na snagu, Zakon je trebao biti objavljen u Službenim novinama TK, kako je navedeno u današnjoj objavi, primjenjuje se narednog dana od dane objave.
Sa usvojenom izmjenom, ispunjeni su svi preduvjeti da se krene sa naplatom kazni za kršenje javnog reda i mira u TK prema novom izmjenjenom zakonu.
Dakle, policijski službenici od sutra mogu da vam naplate kaznu u iznosu od 100 do 500 KM. Od 500 KM do 2.000 KM raspon je kazne za pravni subjekt, a od 200 do 1.000 KM za odgovorno lice u pravnom subjektu.
