Solak: Ako ljudi ne shvate ovo ozbiljno, sljedeća mjera mogla bi biti zabrana kretanja za sve!
Štab Civilne zaštite Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine u petak popodne donio je nove mjere povodom proglašenja stanja nesreće uzrokovane pojavom koronavirusa (COVID – 19). Između ostalog, naređuje se zabrana kretanja osobama mlađim od 18 godina i starijim od 65 godina na području Federacije BiH.
Fahrudin Solak, direktor FUCZ, u razgovoru za Faktor obrazložio je izrečenu mjeru, te se osvrnuo na neodgovorno ponašanje stanovnika, koje će, po svemu sudeći, dovesti do krajnje mjere – zabrane kretanja za sve kategorije stanovništva.
– Mi pokušavamo smanjiti rizik, jer vidimo da se djeca zadržavaju na igralištima, da voze bicikla, da ih šetaju nane i djedovi, da se sjedi po parkovima, roštilja. Nemam namjeru nikoga da deskriminiram u tom smislu. Ključna je stvar da mi pokušavamo smanjiti rizik širenja virusa. Najugroženija kategorija ljudi su ljudi preko 65 godina. Djeca su najveći prenosnici, oni sve diraju rukama, pogotovo po parkovima i vrlo lako mogu doći u kontakt sa virusom. Njihov organizam taj virus neće primiti fatalno kao starija ili bolesna osoba. U kritičnoj masi, gdje su teški slučajevi, ima ljudi svih godina i iz obje populacije, muške i ženske. Negdje ima veće, negdje manje teških slučajeva, zavisno od toga kojem obliku virusa su izloženi.
Ovom naredbom smo pokušali smanjiti rizik širenja, kao i svim mjerama koje smo do sada donosili, od zabrane rada škola, pa do zatvaranja kafića, restorana, tržnih centara. Sve je bilo u funkciji smanjenja socijalnog kontakta između ljudi. Kako smo to smanjili, pojavilo se lijepo vrijeme i opet imamo puno ljudi na istom mjestu. Znači, ne može se kontrolisati to okupljanje, za to bi nam trebalo puno ljudi- govori Solak.
Sljedeća mjera koju bi Štab Civilne zaštite Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine mogao uvesti je karantin za sve stanovnike, jer poučan primjer imaju u situaciji u Kini, gdje su stopu smrtnosti od koronavirusa držali na 2 posto, dok je u Italiji ona preko 9 posto.
– Jesmo li mi spremni podnijeti tu cijenu kao u Italiji? Ako jesmo, onda nam ne treba nijedna naredba. Hajmo se svi ponašati nonšalantno. Ako želimo zaštititi naše najmilije, onda hajdemo donositi ozbiljne odluke i biti svjesni važnosti tih odluka. Ako radimo ozbiljan posao, ponašajmo se ozbiljno. Mi pokušavamo smanjiti rizik. Kažu ako majka izađe sa djetetom iz zgrade, pa ode u granap prekoputa, jer ne može ostaviti dijete od dvije godine samo u kući, pa da kupi hranu za to dijete, policajac će je odmah uhapsiti i odvesti u zatvor. Neće se to desiti. Ljudi izvrću stvari, šire dodatnu nervozu i paniku. Svi postaju epidemiolozi, stručnjaci kriznog menadžmenta, nema šta ne znaju, a iza sebe nemaju nikakvih kvalifikacija da bilo šta rade. Škole i fakultete završavaju za sedam dana i odmah znaju sve živo – ogorčen je direktor FUCZ.
Apeluje da se spuste tenzije, jer nema potrebe za svađom. Poziva sve na saradnju kako bi se eliminisao rizik, koliko god on zvučao neodređeno.
– Ako smatramo da u ovom trenutku trebamo zatvoriti određene gradove i kantone, to moramo uraditi isključivo zbog zdravlja njihovog stanovništva. Gdje nemamo nultog pacijenta, mjera je da se automatski mora zatvoriti ta sredina. Sve što smo radili u Mostaru i uprkos ovolikoj priči, ljudi opet sa simptomima, na koje upozoravaju stalno na televiziji, radiju, portalima.., dozvole sebi da nonšalantno uđu na Klinički centar, jer tamo nisu radili trijažne prostore. Kada smo ih radili ovdje u Sarajevu , ljudi su se podsmijavali i pitali se kakve mi to šatore radimo po klinikama- zamjera Solak.
Apalira da ljudi treba da puste struku da radi svoj posao. Svaku naredbu koju Štab Civilne zaštite Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine donese, to radi isključivo u saradnji sa stručnjacima, epidemiolozima, doktorima koji su dugogodišnji radnici na suzbijanju zaraznih bolesti.
– Slušamo preporuke Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije, ljudi iz Kine koji su ovo već izliječili u svom gradu i nemaju novozaraženih. Ako želimo da populacija ne doživi kolaps kao u Italiji, sljedeća mjera je zabrana kretanja za sve. Svi mi koji radimo javni posao, pa i vi novinari, smo izloženi riziku, jer nemamo mogućnost da se hermetički zatvorimo. Hajde da završimo tu radnju kretanja od tačke A do tačke B, pa da se strpimo od kretanja narednih deset dana.
Umjesto da svi probamo da budemo društveno odgovorni, mi odmah tražimo izgovore. Na primjer, ne mogu ja voziti dijete večeras, mogu sutra. Apelujem da svi budemo odgovorni, da zaštitimo zdravlje ljudi koje znamo i koje ne znamo, jer ako smo zaraženi, a nemamo simptome, opet smo nosioci virusa. Ti nosioci virusa će se njega osloboditi za nekoliko dana jer imaju takav imunitet, a ako nemaju socijalni kontakt onda nisu nikoga ugrozili. Svi koji su podcjenjivali virus, počev od Amerike, Srbije, Francuske, sada vidimo kakve mjere preduzimaju – zaključuje Solak.
