Fahrudin Solak, direktor Federalne uprave civilne zaštite i načelnik Federalnog štaba civilne zaštite, izdao je saopštenje za javnost povodom vijesti da je danas SIPA obavila pretres Federalne uprave civilne zaštite.
Dragi sugrađani, u ovim vanrednim okolnostima i nimalo jednostavnim vremenima za sve nas želim da se na prvom mjestu zahvalim svima vama koji ste odgovorni prema sebi i svojim najbližima. Jako je bitno da u svojoj lokalnoj zajednici poštujete mjere koje su donesene.
Kao rezultat mjera koje je donio naš Federalni štab civilne zaštite već nekoliko dana bilježimo pad broja novooboljelih, a jučer smo imali prvi dan nakon početka prirodne nesreće izazvane pandemijom korona virusa, dan bez ijednog novozaraženog našeg građanina.
Virus je podjednako pogodio cijeli svijet. Ono sto je također zajedničko svim zemljama koje se bore s pandemijom je činjenica da je ovaj virus bio potpuna nepoznanica za sve nas.
Nema zemlje na svijetu koja je “spremna” dočekala pandemiju. Ni mi nismo izuzetak. Ipak, želim iskorisiti priliku da podsjetim sve vas da je zahvaljujući sveobuhvatnim pravovremenim mjerama i danonoćim timskim radom organa Federacije BiH danas situacija sa kontrolom širenja virisa znatno bolja.
Kao što i sami znate na početku ove krize bili smo suočeni sa brojnim izazovima. Na prvom mjestu ukupna neopremljenost naših zdravstvenih i drugih ustanova, potrebnom opremom za sprečavanje širenja ali i medicinski tretman zaraženih. Cijela javnost u FBiH je svakodnevno izražavala zabrinutost a mi smo osjećali odgovornost da čim prije obezbijedimo potrebnu opremu. Ujedno, cijeli svijet je bio u istoj potrebi te je naša zemlja na listi prioriteta za isporučenje potrebne opreme bila dosta nisko pozicionirana.
S tim u vezi Federalna uprava civilne zaštite, kojom rukovodim, je u jako teškim i izazovnim trenucima pokušavala učiniti sve moguće s ciljem uspostave efikasnog zdravstvenog sistema koji bi mogao adekvatno odgovoriti u zaštiti zdravlja i života svih naših građana, a što je bio zahtjev svih zdravstvenih ustanova i Vlade Federacije BiH.
Federalna uprava civilne zaštite je, u skladu sa naredbama Federalnog štaba i prethodnim saglasnostima Vlade, vršila nabavku svih sredstava i opreme za zaštitu i spašavanje, što je naša zakonska nadležnost i obaveza.
U procesu nabavke respiratora ugovor je potpisan sa kompanijom koja je jedina mogla garantovati da će nam respiratori stići u traženom roku.
Što se tiče svih ostalih pitanja o dobavljaču, profitima i procesu odlučivanja nadam se da će sudski organi ubrzo dati svoje konačno mišljenje. Jedino što vjerujem i očekujem je da će ono biti proizvod činjenica i dokaza, a ne špekulacija i proizvoljnih kvalifikacija i stavova.
Duboko sam svjestan svoje odgovornosti i funkcije koju obnašam. Ne želeći da na bilo koji način umanjim sjajan posao koji je odradila Federalna uprava civilne zaštite, Federalni štab civilne zaštite i cijela Federalna Vlada, predložio sam da me Vlada Federacije BiH privremeno preventivno suspenduje dok se istraga ne okonča i ne utvrdi moja potpuna nevinost.
