Španija od danas COVID-19 tretira kao gripu
Iako odluka o karantini i dalje vrijedi za one koji rade na strateškim poslovima poput domova zdravlja, domova za starije i nemoćne osobe ili zatvora, uposlenici u svim ostalim djelatnostima nastavit će svoj svakodnevni život iako imaju COVID-19.

Ministarstvo zdravstva Španije odlučilo je epidemiju COVID-19, koja traje već dvije godine, od sada tretirati kao gripu, te ukinuti osnovne mjere, javlja Anadolu Agency (AA).
Prema odlukama Povjerenstva za nadzor i strategiju javnog zdravstva koje su stupile na snagu danas, lakši ili asimptomatski slučajevi COVID-19 više nisu u okviru obaveznog karantina.
Iako odluka o karantini i dalje vrijedi za one koji rade na strateškim poslovima poput domova zdravlja, domova za starije i nemoćne osobe ili zatvora, uposlenici u svim ostalim djelatnostima nastavit će svoj svakodnevni život iako imaju COVID-19.
Za osobe zaražene COVID-19 koje rade na pomenutim strateškim poslovima karantin će trajati pet dana.
U slučajevima kada su simptomi “umjereni” ili “visoki” kod onih koji imaju pozitivne testove na COVID-19, primjenjivat će se odmor kod kuće prema nalazu porodičnih ljekara, kao i kod teške gripe.
Novim odlukama potpuno je uklonjeno i praćenje kontakata s grupama oboljelih od COVID-19.
Uvjereni da je faza epidemije COVID-19 prevladana, španski zdravstveni stručnjaci objavili su da će od sada na COVID-19 biti fokusirani samo oni koji se liječe u bolnici i oni iz ranjivih grupa (stariji i hronični bolesnici).
Od 10. februara ukinuta je obaveza nošenja maski na otvorenom, koja je u zemlji uvedena 24. decembra 2021.
U Španiji, gdje je od početka epidemije zabilježeno 11,4 miliona slučajeva, život su izgubile 102.392 osobe.
Ministarstvo zdravstva saopćilo je da je u posljednjih 14 dana otkriveno 181.307 slučajeva zaraze, prosječan slučaj zaraze COVID-19 na 100.000 ljudi je 386, a u posljednjih sedam dana umrle su 182 osobe.
