SSSBiH: Skandalozni amandmani Udruženja poslodavaca FBiH
Savez samostalnih sindikata Bosne i Hercegovine smatra da su “skandalozni amandmani na Nacrt zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o radu koje je uputilo Udruženje poslodavaca FBiH”.
“Umjesto da rade na oporavku ekonomije i nagrade radnike, poslodavci u FBiH u vrijeme pandemije insistiraju na potpunom urušavanju radničkih prava i izmjenama cjelokupnog radnog zakonodavstva. Sada je više nego jasno da Udruženje poslodavaca FBiH vrijeme pandemije i stanja nesreće koje je proglašeno u Federaciji BiH pokušava iskoristiti da potpuno devastira radnička prava i obespravi radnike, te da sav rizik poslovanja sa poslodavaca prebaci na radnike i njihove porodice”, sapćeno je iz SSSBiH.
U Sindikatu smatraju da je “prosto nevjerovatno da se neko, ko sebe zove poslodavcem, a mnogi od njih čak i patriotama, uopće usudio ovakve amandamne staviti na papir, pa makar se radilo samo o prijedlogu. Da stvar bude gora, sve je zamotano u omot brige za radnicima i za njihovu dobrobit”.
U SSSBiH se pitaju da li je uopće normalno i humano tražiti izmjene ključnih zakona iz radnog zakonodavstva u vrijeme kada se treba boriti za što hitniji oporavak ekonomije i vraćanje na posao više od 30.000 radnika koji su posljednjih mjesec dana ostali bez posla?
“U vrijeme kada radnici moraju dolaziti na posao i raditi izloženi riziku zaraze, ugrožavajući time sebe i svoje porodice! Umjesto da se ovi radnici dodatno nagrade, kao što to rade zemlje u okruženju i Evropi, mi trebamo, na osnovu želja poslodavaca i Vlade, mijenjati najvažnije zakone da bismo radnika totalno ponizili i uništili. A zašto? Pa zato da ne bi osiromašili oni koji su od 2016. godine ostvarivali profite od 3 milijarde maraka godišnje, a nisu se sjetili, čast izuzecima, dio svog profira podijeliti i radnicima. Da ne bi trpili oni koji su u februaru 2018. godine, kad nije bilo kcorone, jednostrano otkazali Opći kolektivni ugovor i time radnike ostavili bez akta kojim je bio regulisan minimum materijalnih prava, a koji je u sličnoj formi postojao 28 godina! I da ne bi trpili oni koji su u prethodnim godiama ostvarivali čistu zaradu od 10 do 115 miliona maraka, a radnici im rade za plate do 500 maraka! Neka vam je na obraz, ako obraza imate”- navodi se u saopćenju SSSBiH.
Smatraju da su ovi amandmani poslodavaca pokazali da ne postoji granica u pokušajima da potpuno obesprave radnike u Federaciji BiH i učine ih “robovima koji ovise o milosti poslodavaca kod kojih rade”.
Ono što svi moraju imati na umu, a posebno poslodavci, je da su krenuli putem koji bi ih mogao odvesti u propast i da je svaki radnik pojedinačno vredniji od cjekupnog njihovog kapitala. To je uvijek tako bilo, tako je sada i tako će biti, navodi se u saopćenju.
