Sud u Sarajevu: Nenošenje maski nije kršenje zakona
Općinski sud u Sarajevu odbacio je veliki broj prekršajnih prijava MUP-a protiv građana zbog nenošenja zaštitnih maski, saznaju Vijesti.ba.
MUP KS je tokom pandemije koronavirusa izdao više od 3.500 kazni zbog kršenje mjera zabrane.
Neke kazne su bile zbog kršenja policijskog sata, nenošenja maski i drugih kršenja mjera zabrane.
Mnogi građani su na licu mjesta platili kazne u iznosu od 500 KM, dok je veliki broj građana odbio platiti kaznu, pa je MUP protiv njih podnio prekršajne prijave Općinskom sudu u Sarajevu.
Dokument Suda, koji imamo u posjedu, potvrđuje da je Sud donio odluku kako nema nikakvog osnova za prekršajnu odgovornost lica koja su odbila platiti kaznu zbog nenošenja maski.
Podsjećamo, odluka o obaveznom nošenju maski donijeta je samo dan nakon što je Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) objavila kako nema dokaza da nošenje maski štiti građane od zaraze virusom.
