Suđenje Novaliću i drugima se nastavlja, danas svjedoče uposlenici Agencije za lijekove BiH
U Sudu Bosne i Hercegovine danas će biti nastavljeno suđenje federalnom premijeru Fadilu Novaliću i drugim optuženima zbog nabavke 100 respiratora u vrijednosti 10.530.000 KM.
Osim Novalića, za spornu nabavku respiratora optuženi su suspendovani direktor Federalne uprave civilne zaštite Fahrudin Solak, ministrica finansija Federacije BiH Jelka Milićević i vlasnik preduzeća “Srebrena malina” Fikret Hodžić koji je nabavio respiratore.
Oni su optuženi za udruživanje radi činjenja krivičnih djela u vezi sa djelima zloupotreba položaja ili ovlaštenja, primanje nagrade ili drugog oblika koristi za trgovinu utjecajem, a tokom glavnog pretresa tužioci su iznijeli niz dokaza i tvrdnji o “planiranoj prevari”.
Njih optužnica tereti i za pranje novca, falsifikovanje ili uništavanje poslovnih ili trgovačkih knjiga ili isprava, falsifikovanje službene isprave i povredu obaveze vođenja trgovačkih ili poslovnih knjiga i sastavljanja finansijskih izvještaja i njihovo falsifikovanje ili uništavanje.
Veliki broj svjedoka se do sada odazvao sudu među njima su doktori, bliski saradnici optuženih, poslovni saradnici, stranački partneri i slično, a danas će svjedočiti uposlenici Agencije za lijekove BiH.
