Svečano puštene u rad završene dionice vodovodnih mreža u južnom dijelu grada Gradačac
Jučer je u Gradačcu kroz niz kulturno, zabavnih i sportskih manifestacije svečano obilježen „22. oktobar“- Dan Grada Gradačac. Jedan od tih događaja je i svečano otvaranje dijela južnog vodovoda „Domažić„ u sklopu projekta „Vodosnabdojevanja Gradačca“ koji se odnosi na naselja Kerep i Zelinja Donja u Gradačcu.
Kroz ovaj projekat planirano je do kraja 2022. godine stvoriti uslovi za priključenje novih 3.500 korisnika vodovodne mreže i 1.250 korisnika kanalizacione mreže. Implementacijom projekta ukupno će biti izgrađeno 105 km vodovodne mreže, 40 km kanalizacione mreže te će biti rekonstruisano 40 km vodovodne mreže u urbanom dijelu grada. Od ranije je u funkciji prečistač otpadnih voda.
Omer Hasanović jedan od mještana Mjesne zajednice Kerep kazao je:”Jedan dio sela je imao lokalne vodovode , imali su vodu, ali većina nije imala nikako. Posebno ovaj kraj gdje se sad nalazimo i bunari su brzo presušili. Kada su velike padavine stvore se određene količine, a ovaj sad vodovod što je urađen to je spas za južni dio Gradačca” i za našu mjesnu zajednicu
Predsjednik mjesne zajednice Adel Jukan je rekao:”Ovo historijski projekat sigurno. Muku mučino unazad 25 do 30 godina sa vodosnabdijevanjem gdje je samo jedan mali dio mještana prikopčan na sistem vodosnabdijevanja susjedne MZ Jelovče Selo, ostali se snalaze kako znaju i umiju. Uz podršku lokalnih vlasti u prethodnim godinama smo to pokušavali riješiti dovođenjem cisterni do bazena. Mi smo izuzetno zahvalni i mještani su došli da daju podršku tom projektu gdje se konačno jednom zauvijek rješava to pitanje, gdje ćemo imati konačno uslove dosljedne čovjekova života u 21. vijeku.”
Gradonačelnik Edis Dervišagić je istakao da „ u nizu manifestacija koje smo danas pripremili , a sve u cilju održavanja sjećanja na 22. oktobar- dan bitke za oklopni voz i dan koji u gradu Gradačcu obilježavamo kao „Dan Grada Gradačac“ je i ova manifestacija, svečano puštanje u rad novoizgrađene dionice vodovoda na potezu od izvorišta Domažić do pumpne stanice u MZ Kerep pa do naseljenog mjesta Zelinja Donja. Ovo je velik događaj za građane sa ovog područja jer na ovaj način rješavamo najveće životno pitanje, najveći problem građana na ovom području , a to je nedostatak pitke vode. U proteklom periodu zahvaljujući kreditnom aranžmanu i donatorskim sredstvima uspjeli smo da izgradimo oko 70 km vodovodne mreže i danas se nalazimo u mjestu Kerep gdje ćemo pustiti u rad pumpnu stanicu koja ima ulogu da tu vodu distribuira dalje u vodovodnu mrežu na naseljenim mjestima. Ovo je projekat kojeg smo dugo čekali, ovo je projekat od životnog značaja kako za domaćinstvo na ovom području tako i za privredne subjekte i mislim da nema boljeg datuma za obilježavanje ovakvog događaja od “DANA GRADA GRADAČCA” – 22.oktobra koji postaje simbol sjećanja na sve heroje odbrane Gradačca, ali istovremeno postaje na ovaj način i jedan simbol nade u bolje vrijeme koje slijedi za sve one koji vole i koji žive u Gradačcu.”
Ukupna vrijednost projekta je oko 30 miliona KM podržana od strane Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj, grant Švedske Agencija za međunarodni razvoj i saradnju (SIDA), grant Češke razvojne agencije, WBIF, MEG projekat, Budžet Grada Gradačac i viši nivoi vlasti.
