“Kao dokazane patriote, branit ćemo sve naše komandante, generale i sve naše pripadnike od pokušaja bespotrebnog i bezrazložnog javnog sramoćenja, među kojima je i premijer Fadil Novalić, koji je pored funkcije koju obnaša i ratni vojni invalid, pripadnik Armije RBiH”, navodi se u saopćenju za javnost Koordinacije boračkih organizacija Armije RBiH.
Kako se ističe, ne sporeći ulogu pravosudnih institucija naše zemlje, vjerujući u njihovu pravičnost, bez obzira što je ista poljuljana u više navrata, “ne možemo se oteti utisku, a da ne primjetimo da se iste stvari kao u predmetima protiv naših generala pred Sudom BiH, dešavaju i u slučaju sa premijerom Novalićem”.
“Naprasno se, kao da su najveći kriminalci, hapse pripadnici Armije RBiH, sa svitom policajaca i zatamnjenim vozilima, kako bi se u javnosti prikazale velike akcije prvenstveno Tužilaštva ali i drugih pravosudnih institucija. Svi naši branioci, pa i premijer Novalić, su dokazane patriote, koji sigurno ne bježe od bilo kakve odgovornosti ukoliko se dokaže, ali je sramotno da se sila Tužilaštva pokazuje na ovakav način i to godinama unazad. Naše patriote nisu ljudi koji bježe od pravosudnih institucija poput mnogih drugih za kojima se raspisuju interpolove potjernice i do kojih se i dan danas nije došlo, nemaju dvojna državljanstva i jedina im je domovina Bosna i Hercegovina. Nismo bježali 1992., da ne bježimo ni sada, tako da nema potrebe za pompeznim hapšenjima, kako bi se građani uznemiravali i kako bi se pokušao kreirati opći haos. Razumijemo da ima onih koji ne vole svoju zemlju, ali mi – pripadnici Armije RBiH je volimo više od svoga života, što smo i dokazali u proteklom periodu i nikome nećemo dozvoliti da se njome pogirava, saopćeno je iz Koordinacije.
Navodi se i kako “Tužilaštvo BiH ne reagira na maltretiranja bošnjačkih povratnika u raznim dijelovima BiH”.
“Mnogi istaknuti političari iz naše zemlje, iste te grupacije redovno podstiču na javne istupe i ohrabruju ih kako bi se oživjele fašističke ideologije i opet Tužilaštvo ne reaguje. Mnogo je velikog kriminala bilo za koje je državno tužilaštvo bilo nadležno, ali vrlo rijetko ili gotovo nikada nisu ovako hapsili visoke zvaničnike poput premijera Novalića. Uglavnom je to bio pismeni poziv i pismeno očitovanje na poziv, i sve to kod nas izaziva sumnje da svi građani nisu jednaki pred pravosudnim institucijama i da često odnos prema vama ovisi o tome koje narodu pripadate”, saopćeno je.

Patriote Bosne i Hercegovine su još uvijek na bedemima ove zemlje i nećemo dozvoliti bilo kakvo poigravanje sa onim što nosimo u svojim srcima, a to je domovina”, zaključuje se u saopćenju za javnost Koordinacije boračkih organizacija Armije RBiH.
