Tajni plan Dodika i Čovića: Uhapsiti Osmicu, suspendovati Dianu Kajmaković i spasiti Gordanu Tadić
Čelnici SNSD-a i HDZ-a Milorad Dodik i Dragan Čović, sa svojim političkim partnerima u Sarajevu, dogovorili su nedavno realizaciju tajnog plana kako bi sačuvali kontrolu Tužilaštva BiH, saznaje Istraga.
„Plan bi se trebao realizirati u nekoliko faza. Prvo će pokušati preko tužioca Olega Čavke uhapsiti direktora Obavještajno sigurnosne agencije BiH Osmana Mehmedagića. Nakon toga bi trebali započeti pravosudni udar na Dianu Kajmaković, zamjenicu glavne državne tužiteljice koja bi, u slučaju razrješenja Gordane Tadić, mogla preuzeti funkciju vršioca dužnosti glavnog tužitelja Tužilaštva BiH“, tvrdi naš izvor blizak SNSD-u.
Prema informacijama Istrage, Gordana Tadić je dobila zadatak od čelnika HDZ-a i SNSD-a da na svaki mogući način ukloni direktora Obavještajno sigurnosne agencije BiH Osmana Mehmedagića kojeg smatraju glavnim krivcem za gubitak kontrole nad Visokim sudskim i tužilačkim vijećem BiH, odnosno za uklanjanje Milana Tegeltije sa pozicije predsjednika VSTV-a. S obzirom na to da je protiv glavne državne tužiteljice Gordane Tadić u ponedjeljak okončan disciplinski postupak te da se u narednih dvadesetak dana mora donijeti odluka o sankciji, lideri SNSD-a i HDZ-a su dali nalog glavnoj tužiteljici da prije konačne odluke uhapsi ili na drugi način ukloni direktora OSA-e kako bi se članovi Disciplinske komisije uplašili i oslobodili glavnu državnu tužiteljicu svake odgovornosti. Hapšenje direktora OSA-e u septembru je prošle godine najavila i Radio televizija Republike Srpske, odnosno njen sagovornik i „ekspert za sigurnost“ Dževad Galijašević. Tada je, naime, protiv direktora OSA-e podnesena anonimna prijava koju je „ekskluzivno“ objavio RTRS, sve sa pečatom Tužilaštva BiH.
„Tužilaštvo BiH je zaprimilo prijavu. Formiran je predmet koji je dat u rad postupajućem tužiocu. U toku su provjere navoda iz prijave”, navodeno je tada odgovoru Tužilaštva BiH dostavljenom RTRS-u.
Postupajući tužilac kojem je “predmet dat u rad” je državni tužilac Oleg Čavka. U svom prilogu dostupnom na ovom linku RTRS je konsultovao i “analitičara” Dževada Galijaševića.
“Prijava je osnovana i Tužilaštvo dužno provesti temeljitu istragu i na kraju uhapsiti Osmana Mehmedagića i Ranka Debeveca”, kazao je Galijašević govoreći za centralni dnevnik RTRS-a emitovan 12. septembra 2020. godine.
Kako je, zbog disciplinskog postupka, ugrožena funkcija Gordane Tadić, cilj je što prije realizirati ono što je Galijašević najavio još prije skoro godinu dana. No, da ne bi ostalo samo na tome, sačinjen je i “rezervni” plan koji bi bio aktiviran u slučaju da VSTV razriješi Gordanu Tadić sa pozicije glavne državne tužiteljice. Prema važećim pripisima, ukoliko glavni tužilac bude razriješen, mijenjaju ga zamjenici. U ovom trenutku funkcije zamjenika Gordane Tadić obavljaju Diana Kajmaković, Ozrenka Nešković, Milanko Kajganić i Ismet Šuškić. S obzirom na iskustvo i “minuli rad” najveće šanse za vršioca dužnosti glavne tužiteljice bi imala Diana Kajmaković, što bi značilo da Gordana Tadić, odnosno SNSD i HDZ gube kontrolu nad Tužilaštvom BiH. Stoga je proteklih dana započeo proces rušenja tužiteljice Kajmaković. Prvo je krajem juna urađena nova sistematizacija u Tužilaštvu BiH kojom je ukinut Odjel kojim je rukovodila Diana Kajmaković. Tako je, faktički, zamjenica glavne državne tužiteljice ostala bez odjela nakon čega je “preraspoređena” u Odjel za ratne zločine.
No, ona i dalje zadržava funkciju “zamjenice” što je ostavlja u igri za eventualnu vršiteljicu dužnosti. Upravo zbog toga ova grupacija državnih tužilaca bliskih SNSD-u i HDZ-u namjerava pokrenuti određene istražne radnje kako bi otvorili prostor za suspenziju Diane Kajmaković. U tom bi slučaju ona bila “izbačena iz igre” a eventualna funkcija vršioca dužnosti glavnog tužitelja pripala bi Milanku Kajganiću. U pitanju je tužilac blizak Milanu Tegeltiji, bivšem predsjedniku VSTV-a koji je sada savjetnik Milorada Dodika. Da je Kajganić čovjek od povjernja glavne državne tužiteljice dokazuje i činjenica da ga je Gordana Tadić prošle sedmice odredila kao osobu koja će je mijenjati na sastancima i okruglim stolovima u Sankt Petersburgu koje organiziralo rusko državno tužilaštvo.
Ranije smo objavljivali da se Gordana Tadić sastajala sa bivšim ruskim ambasorom u BiH Petrom Ivancovim, ali i da je obustavljala istrage protiv službenika OSA-e koji su u javnosti otkrivali tajne operacije te agencije usmjerene protiv štetnog ruskog uticaja u BiH. Podsjetit ćemo samo na slučaj “Ušće” i objavu tajnih dokumenata OSA-e koje je na konferenciji za medije prezentirao Nenad Stevandić. Tužilaštvo BiH nikada nije istražilo taj slučaj.
