TK mijenja zakon: Policiji veće ovlasti za kažnjavanje onih koji krše mjere
Shodno pogoršanju epidemiološke situacije, odnosno bržem širenju koronavirusa, kojem pogoduje i nepoštivanje mjera, nadležni u najmnogoljudnijem kantonu u Federaciji BiH uskoro bi trebali pristupiti izmjenama Zakona o javnom redu i miru, potvrdio je kantonalni ministar zdravstva Božo Jurić.
“Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova Tuzlanskog kantona svoje poslove obavlja u skladu s onim koliko im to propisi dozvoljavaju i u narednom periodu se trebaju dogoditi izmjene Zakona o javnom redu i miru, koje će im omogućiti veću ulogu u nadzoru provođenja mjera, odnosno kaznene provedbe mjera koje su donesene”, kazao je Jurić.
Za nadzor u provođenju mjera trenutno su nadležne inspekcije na kantonalnom i gradskom, odnosno općinskom nivou, a Jurić navodi također da oni svoj posao rade shodno kapacitetu sa kojim raspolažu.
“Problem je kapacitet inspekcijskih organa na što su se oni žalili u više navrata, a mi svakim apelom na stanovništvo nastojimo ukazati na potrebe poštivanja svih mjera koje su na snazi. Odgovornost građana je ono što bi trebalo predstavljati najveću pomoć zdravstvenom sistemu, ali i kriznom štabu”, dodao je Jurić.
U Tuzlanskom kantonu kontinuirano se bilježi porast novootkrivenih slučajeva infekcije koronavirusom, a iz Kantonalnog kriznog štaba Ministarstva zdravstva kažu da je pred svima izuzetno nepredvidiv period, koji bi sa sobom mogao donijeti drastično povećanje oboljelih od COVID-19.
Zdravstvene radnike u ovom trenutku zabrinjava porast broja zaraženih sa znatno izraženijim simptomima, a koji se nalaze na bolničkom liječenju, kao i sve veći postotak pozitivnog PCR testa u odnosu na broj testiranih.
Shodno trenutnoj epidemiološkoj situaciji te činjenici da se bliži obilježavanje Osmog marta, Kantonalni krizni štab Ministarstva zdravstva donio je naredbu kojom se kafićima zabranjuje rad iza 20 sati, što je naišlo na izuzetno jake reakcije javnosti.
Također, na otvorenom i u zatvorenom prostoru obavezno je korištenje zaštitne maske, a u oba slučaja na jednom mjestu maksimalno može biti do 30 osoba, što je mjera koja se primjenjuje shodno naredbi Federalnog kriznog štaba.
Resorni ministar je kazao da će se u narednim danima također pomno pratiti epidemiološka situacija, a u skladu s kojom će se eventualno donositi nove, rigoroznije mjere. Znatnije zatvaranje objekata opcija je koja je za nadležne i dalje otvorena.
