TK nema sanitarnog inspektora: “Jedini ljekar kojeg smo imali je otišao” (VIDEO)
Nedavna masovna trovanja hranom u Srebreniku i drugim mjestima, otvorila su niz problema u sferi kontrole hrane i javnog zdravlja u cjelini. Tuzlanski kanton, na primjer, nema sanitarnog, nema ni inspektora zdravstva ni inspektora za hranu.
Tuzlanski kanton već godinu nema sanitarnog inspektora, a na dva raspisana konkursa javljale su se osobe neodgovarajućih kvalifikacija, te su poništavani. Oni koji su kvalifikovani, sanitarni inženjeri, očito, ne žele u državnu službu za 1.300 maraka. Ovom kantonu nedostaji i drugi inspektori, javlja BHRT.
– Mi u ovom momentu nemamo ni zdravstvenog inspektora, što je takodje evo, jedna loša praksa, razlog tome je što jednog ljekara kog smo imali, otišao je na neke nove poslove, a ljekari za 1.300 maraka ipak ne žele raditi inspekcijsksi posao kod nas, kaže Muhamed Šadić, direktor Uprave za inspekcijske poslove TK.
Prvi čovjek Kantonalne uprave inspekcije kaže kako nema obrazloženje zašto sanitarni i drugi inspektori nisu obezbijeđeni i pored neadekvatne plaće.
– Ali nemam obrazloženja da to nismo popunili u ranijem periodu, jer ja sam ovdje činjenica tek godinu dana, znači neovisno o tome to je čini mi se vrlo često potrebnije, znači sanitarno, zdravstveno, inspektora za ceste, imati nego možda tržnog inspektora, kaže Šadić.
Objašnjenje smo pokušali dobiti u kantonalnom ministarstvu zdravlja, ali na naše pozive i poruke nije bilo odgovora. Iako su bez sanitarnog nadzora nezamislivi proizvodnja i promet namirnica, kontrola vodosnabdijevanja i kupališta, od dvanaest opština i gradova Tuzlanskog kantona, sanitarnog inspektora ima samo Tuzla.
– Neophodnost i potreba, pogotovo u opštinama koje nemaju sanitarne inspektore, i uz kantonalne, po uzoru, kao što postoji na federalnom nivou, dakle neopohodnost je da sa ti ljudi imenuju, odnosno , te ljude koji će olakšati praktično kontrolu izmejdu ostalog, a prije svega, životnih namirnica, tvrdi dr. Blaško Topalović, epidemiolog u TK.
Mjereno važnošću sanitarnih mjera u proizvodnji i prometu životnih namirnica, sanitarne inspektore epidemiolozi smatraju i lijevom i desnom rukom javnog zdravlja. Mjereno istim kriterijima, Tuzlanski kanton je stopostotni invalid. S obzirom na proceduru izbora i ako bude interesa, tako će vjerovatno biti do proljeća.
