Da li je propust Nogometnog saveza BiH što pojedini igrači nisu otputovali na izuzetno bitan meč u Kazahstanu?
“Ne znam šta da kažem, možda da je traženo 30 viza bilo bi lakše, 66 osoba putuje na utakmicu, ja ne znam da li smo mi Brazil, Španija, Njemačka da putujemo na utakmicu sa toliko ljudi? Tridesetak, trideset pet ljudi bi trebalo putovati, ne znam zašto još trideset ljudi ide sa ekipom iako je korona. Ja bih volio da novinari traže listu putnika koji su išli u Kazahstan” rekao je uvijek iskreni Topić.
O samoj utakmici:
“Ja vjerujem u momke, koga nema bez njega se mora. Što se tiče prve utakmice da smo iskoristli šanse bilo bi 3-4 razlike. Utakmica je jako, jako važna, ja sam uvjeren da ćemo uzeti tri boda gore. Da će proraditi inat kod momaka i da ćemo pobijediti.”
O smanjenom interesu za reprezentaciju?
“Treba spustiti loptu. Korona je cijeli svijet iz normalnog je prešao u nenormalno. Ne bih od toga pravio veliku dramu, važno je da momci igraju dobro, a publika će se vratiti. ” komentarisao je Topić za N1.
Da li ste zadovoljni radom novog predjsednika NSBIH Vice Zeljkovića?
“Prije nego je preuzeo funkciju već je prijetio riječima tadašnjem predsjedniku Sudačke organizaicije, da će ga smijeniti i smijenio ga je. Onda je u aferi vezanoj za Begovića vrijeđao i prijetio Barbarezu, kojem je rekao da u narednih osam godina neće biti selektor.Odabir savjetnika koji primaju 30.00 KM. “Ja sam iskren i direktan, uvijek kažem šta mislim. Kada sam to čuo i od Bolića šokirao sam se. Kovačević koji je top golman nije pozvan, razlog za tri pozvana golmana je harmonija među njima, pa nisu bračni par. Treba da igraju oni koji zaslužuju. Sve mi je to čudno.”
Topić je porkomentarisao i priče o nepotizmu u savezu.
“Familija se zapošljava, tu su ljudi sa aferama, suđenjima, sinovi od nekog funkcionera da budu treneri u reprezentacijama to ima samo u BiH. Uopće se ne gleda stručnost, dokle god bude tako nećemo izaći iz ovog. Dokle god gledamo nacionalni ključ.”
