Tri ženske osobe počinile tri krivična djela u Srebreniku
Tri ženske osobe u Srebreniku jučer su počinile krivično djelo Teška krađa.
Jučer je PU PS Srebrenik zaprimila prijavu da su istog dana u Srebreniku, od strane NN lica, počinjena krivična djela Teške krađe nad tri osobe. Postupajući po navedenoj prijavi i poduzimajući aktivnosti s ciljem pronalaska počinioca, policijski službenici PU PS Srebrenik su pronašli tri ženske osobe koje se dovode u vezu sa izvršenjem navedenih krivičnih djela, a radi se o I.H., rođena 1997.godine, C.O., rođena 1988.godine i R.B., rođena 1974.godine (sve privremeno nastanjene na području općine Lukavac).
O događaju je upoznat dežurni kantonalni tužilac, a nad I.H., C.O. i R.B. je u službenim prostorijama izvršena kriminalistička obrada i protiv istih će nakon dokumentovanja Kantonalnom tužilaštvu Tuzlanskog kantona biti podnesen Izvještaj zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su počinile tri krivična djela Teška krađa iz člana 287. stav 1. tačka b Krivičnog zakona Federacije BiH. Otuđeni predmeti (novčanici, dokumenti i određena količina novca) su pronađeni kod navedenih osoba i isti su vraćeni vlasnicima.
