Tužilaštvo ZDK: Kasumović nije uhapšen, on je u bjekstvu

Tužilaštvo ZDK oglasilo se zbog navoda koji su se “pojavili u medijima, vezano za objavu na zvaničnoj Facebook stranici Fuad Kasumović”
Kantonalno tužilaštvo Zeničko-dobojskog kantona (ZDK) demantira navode pojedinih medija da je gradonačelnik Zenice Fuad Kasumović u jutrošnjoj akciji Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) lišen slobode, potvrdila je Feni portparolka tog tužilaštva Asmira Redžić.
Tužilaštvo ZDK oglasilo se zbog navoda koji su se “pojavili u medijima, vezano za objavu na zvaničnoj Facebook stranici Fuad Kasumović”.
– Za ovo tužilaštvo Fuad Kasumović se nalazi u bjekstvu! – stoji u tom saopćenju.
U drugom saopćenju za javnost, koje je istovremeno na svojoj stranici objavilo pomenuto tužilaštvo, ističe se kako su “postupajući po naredbama Kantonalnog tužilaštva ZDK i Kantonalnog suda Zenica, u ranim jutarnjim satima, pripadnici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu, započeli s pretresima na više lokacija, a zbog sumnje da su počinjena krivična djela Organizovani kriminal iz čl. 342. st. 3. KZFBiH u vezi sa krivičnim djelima Zloupotreba položaja ili ovlaštenja iz člana 383. stav 3. u vezi stava 1. KZ FBiH, Prouzrokovanje stečaja iz člana 243. stav 1. KZ F BiH i Oštećenje povjerilaca iz člana 246. KZ FBiH”.
– Akcija se provodi povodom predmeta javnosti poznatog kao “Zenicatrans”. Po završetku pretresa javnost će biti upoznata sa rezultatima provedene akcije – ističu iz Tužilaštva ZDK.
