Tuzlanski kanton: Od danas kazna od 100 KM do 500 KM za nenošenje maske

Skupština Tuzlanskog kantona usvojila je danas izmjene Zakona o javnom redu i miru TK, kojima se predviđaju novčane kazne za kršenje higijensko-epidemioloških mjera koje propiše Krizni štab, a potvrdi Vlada.

Za usvajanje izmjena glasalo je 19 zastupnika pozicije koju čine SDP, PDA, Naša stranka i SBB.

Usvojene izmjene prethodno nije usvojila Zakonodavno-pravna komisija Skupštine TK.

Postojala su 33 načina za narušavanje javnog reda i mira, a ovim izmjenama uveden je i 34. način, a to je kršenje propisanih higijensko-epidemiloških mjera.

Ovo ostavlja prostor za masovno kažnjavanje građana

Usvojenim izmjenama zakona kazne za kršenje mjera za fizička lica iznose od 100 do 500 KM, za pravna lica od 500 do 2.000 KM, za odgovorne osobe u pravnim licima te za vlasnike radnji, odnosno obrta od 200 do 1.000 KM. Vlasnicima obrta, u slučaju ponavljanja prekršaja, prijeti i zatvaranje objekata najduže do šest mjeseci.
