U augustu Bosnu i Hercegovinu posjetilo oko 150 hiljada turista
U Bosni i Hercegovini u augustu 2021. godine turisti su ostvarili 149.963 posjeta, što je više za 13,6 posto u odnosu na juli2021, i za 106,2 posto više u odnosu na august 2020. godine.
Turisti su ostvarili 378.630 noćenja, što je više za 12,9% u odnosu na juli 2021. i za 80,0% više u odnosu na august 2020 godine. U ukupno ostvarenom broju noćenja učešće domaćih turista je 37,4% dok je 62,6% učešće stranih turista.
Broj noćenja domaćih turista viši je za 6,2% u odnosu na juli 2021. i manji za 10,3% u odnosu na august 2020. godine. Broj
noćenja stranih turista viši je za 17,3% u odnosu na juli 2021. i za 353,4% viši u odnosu na august 2020. godine. U augustu 2021. godine nastavljen je trend visokih stopa rasta u broju dolazaka i noćenja stranih turista u odnosu na august 2020.
U strukturi noćenja stranih turista u augustu 2021. najviše noćenja ostvarili su turisti iz Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata
(13,6%), Srbije i Saudijske Arabije sa po (9,9%), Njemačke (7,0%), Hrvatske (6,3%), Kuvajta (5,5%) i Bahreina (4,1%) što
je ukupno 56,3%. Turisti iz ostalih zemalja ostvarili su 43,7 % noćenja.
Što se tiče dužine boravka stranih turista u našoj zemlji, na prvom mjestu je: Malta sa prosječnim zadržavanjem 5,7 noći,
Kuvajt 4,4 noći, Iran sa 4,1 noći, Katar sa 3,7 noći, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati sa 3,5 i Ukrajina sa 3,4 noći.
Turistima je u augustu 2021, u Bosni i Hercegovini bilo na raspolaganju 18.405 soba, apartmana i mjesta za kampovanje što
je za 11,6% više u odnosu na august 2020, i 40.157 raspoloživa kreveta što je više za 13,2% u odnosu na isti mjesec 2020.
godine.
U augustu 2021, u okviru djelatnosti – Hoteli i sličan smještaj turistima je bilo na raspolaganju ukupno 16.597 soba i
apartmana što je za 10,8% više u odnosu na august 2020. godine i 34.473 kreveta što je za 12,1% više u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine.
Neto stopa iskorištenosti soba u augustu 2021, iznosila je 36,8%, a stalnih kreveta 33,0%, dok je u augustu 2020. stopa
iskorištenosti soba iznosila 22,0%, a stalnih kreveta 20,0%. Prema vrsti smještajnog objekta najveći broj noćenja ostvaren je u okviru djelatnosti Hoteli i sličan smještaj sa učešćem od 93,0%, podaci su Agencije za statistiku BiH.
