Također, prema informacijama dostavljenim iz Federalnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda BiH za dane vikenda pogoršanje vremenskih prilika bit će praćeno obilnijim sniježnim padavinama, čija visina bi mogla biti između 15 i 35 cm, a predviđaju se i niske temperature zraka.
S tim u vezi, Kantonalna uprava civilne zaštite Kantona Sarajevo uputila je danas Preporuke pravnim i fizičkim licima u za preduzimanje preventivnih mjera zaštite i spašavanja od sniježnih padavina, niskih temperatura i jakog vjetra.
“Sva pravna i fizička lica obavezna su da ODMAH preduzmu neophodne preventivne mjere zaštite od visokog snijega, niskih temperatura i jakog vjetra, a što je u skladu s njihovim nadležnostima i obavezama propisanim Zakonom o zaštiti i spašavanju ljudi i materijalnih dobara od prirodnih i drugih nesreća. To podrazumijeva obavezu pripreme adekvatnih snaga i neophodnih materijalno- tehničkih sredstava. Iz Uprave naglašavaju da će se na ovaj način stvoriti pretpostavke za efikasnije i brže reagovanje svih subjekata sistema zaštite i spašavanja te izbjeći velike materijalne štete”, stoji u saopćenju.
Podsjećaju sva pravna i fizička lica i na obaveze koje su im predviđene Zakonom o komunalnoj čistoći i Zakonom o upravljanjem zajedničkim dijelovima zgrade koji propisuju poduzimanje mjera na uklanjanju snijega, skidanju leda i ledenica.
Također, posebno apeluju i na pravna lica koja imaju potpisane sporazume, odnosno ugovore sa svim nivoima vlasti, da pripreme adekvatnu mehanizaciju i da na vrijeme reaguju na najavljene sniježne padavine.
