U cazinskoj poslovnoj zoni gradit će se fabrika vrijedna tri miliona maraka
U cazinskoj Poslovnoj zoni Ratkovac počela je realizacija još jednog poslovnog projekta, koji pripada metalnoj industriji, a radi se o domaćoj investiciji vrijednoj tri miliona maraka.
Projekat realizira firma Imobilliare Beganović, odnosno Metal Grate koja je u sastavu ove firme koja se bavi proizvodnjom, obradom i trgovinom metala.
– Sa izgradnjom nove fabrike proširujemo posao u obradi metala jer postojeći pogon je mali i za njega plaćamo visoku cijenu kirije, pa smo se odlučili da izgradimo svoju proizvodnu halu površine oko četiri hiljade kvadratnih metara. Krenuli smo sa pripremom projekta, a to podrazumijeva izradu projektne dokumentacije, vađenje neophodnih dozvola. Ne znam za koliko ćemo to završiti jer ne zavisi od nas već administracije i nadam se da bismo mogli početi izgradnju na proljeće 2023. godine – pojasnio je za Faktor Hamdija Ljubijankić iz firme Metal Grate.
Procjena je da će se u ovaj projekat uložiti oko tri miliona maraka, ali kako svakodnevno rastu cijene sirovina, niko ne može biti siguran koliko će na kraju koštati izgradnja fabrike.
– Veliki poremećaji su na tržištu posebno kada se radi o cijenama željeza, ali tu se ne može ništa promijeniti. Naša je namjera da pogon izgradimo što prije i zaposlimo još 30 novih radnika. Počeli smo raditi i na istraživanju tržišta da vidimo kakve su nam mogućnosti za proširenje kapaciteta – ističe Ljubijankić.
Dodaje da će moći osigurati potreban broj radnika jer mnogi iz metalske struke odlaze u Evropsku uniju da rade.
– U našoj firmi radnici koji rade u metalskoj struci ne razmišljaju o odlasku u inostranstvo. Ljudi se uvijek pitaju zašto odlaze naši radnici u inostranstvo? Mi ne postavljamo to pitanje već radnicima osiguravamo optimalne uvjete za rad i podrazumijeva se da imaju solidnu plaću – tvrdi Ljubijankić.
Iako su počeli raditi na obradi metala počekom pandemije koronavirusa prije dvije godine i kada su počele divljati cijene željeza, Metal Grate se izborio i za izvoz u Hrvatsku, Sloveniju i Italiju i 2021. godine promet je iznosio oko milion maraka.
– Pričamo o jednom preduzeću koje je tek u razvoju, istraživanju i širenju tržišta i ova priča je na početku i nadamo se da će biti uspješna – zaključuje Ljubijankić.
