U FBiH prvo stižu Pfeizerove vakcine, između pet i deset hiljada doza
U Sarajevu je danas održan sastanak u organizaciji Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Federacije BiH i Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva, a kojem su prisustvovali predstavnici svih zavoda za javno zdravstvo u Federaciji BiH. Ovom prilikom, predstavljen je plan za cijepljenje protiv COVID-a 19, kao i način distribucije vakcina. Na današnjem sastanku potvrđeno je da će u BiH najkasnije do kraja februara stići 5-10 hiljada Pfizerovih vakcina. Prioritet u vakcinisanju imat će zdravstveni radnici, koji su svakodnevno izloženi koronavirusu.

Prve vakcine protiv koronavirusa u FBiH trebale bi stići krajem ovog ili početkom narednog mjeseca. Još uvijek nije poznat tačan datum dolaska, ali iz Zavoda za javno zdravstvo FBiH potvrdili su da se radi o Pfeizerovim vakcinama, koje će u našu zemlju u prvom valu stići u malim količinama. Na današnjem sastanku predstavljen je i plan vakcinacije, kao i način distribucije vakcina do svih kantona u FBiH.
“Distribucija do Federalnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo bi trebala biti u organizaciji ministarstva civilnih poslova. Kada federalni Zavod za javno zdravstvo preuzme cjepivo ono će ga distribuirati do županijskih zavoda, a županijski zavodi će onda preuzeti distribuciju do cjepnih centara odnosno zdravstvenih ustanova. Mi nemamo točan podatak o tome koje će količine cjepiva doći. Barata se cifrom od 5 do 10 hiljada i to je ono što ćemo imati u prvoj fazi”, rekao je Davor Pehar direktor Zavoda za javno zdravstvo FBiH.
Sanjin Musa šef Službe za epidemiologiju Zavoda za javno zdravstvo FBiH, pojasnio je pod kojom temperaturom vakcine moraju biti skladištene. Istakao je da se očekuje i da Evropska medicinska agencija do kraja januara da dozvolu za upotrebu vakcine drugih proizvođača, što će doprinijeti lakšoj nabavci i distribuciji vakcina.
“Ono što treba uzeti u obzir da dosad velika većina cjepiva se čuva u normalnom hladnom lancu od 2 do 8. Imamo specifičnosti ovog prvog Cjepiva koje se pojavilo to je riječ o ovom proizvođalu Pfizer koje zahtjeva od minus 90 do minus 60 i imamo još jedno MRNK cjepivo koje se čuva na minus 20. Tako da kažem jedino su kapaciteti bili potrebni za ultra hladni lanac”, istakao je Sanjin Musa šef Službe za epidemiologiju Zavoda za javno zdravstvo FBiH.
Prioritetna grupa tokom vakcinisanja biće medicinski radnici
“Naša prva prioritetna skupina s obzirom da dolaze mala količina cjepiva biće zdravstveni radnici. S obzirom da pretpostavljamo da će uistinu biti vrlo male količine cjepiva morat ćemo ravnopravno podijeliti, a to će biti liječnici odnosno osoblje zdravstveno koje je u najbližem kontaktu sa COVID pacijentima”, istakla jeMia Blažević Služba za epidemiologiju Zavoda za javno zdravstvo FBiH
Dolazak vakcina u našu zemlju i početak vakcinacije stanovništva početak je stvaranja kolektivnog imuniteta. Da li nas uskoro očekuje povratak života kakvog smo poznavali prije pojave pandemije, ili ćemo na to morati još čekati, ostaje da se vidi.
