U FBiH u oktobru istječe rok za 340.183 doze vakcina, hoće li biti utrošene na vrijeme?

Kako se vidi iz tabele, radio se o tri vrste vakcina – AstraZeneca, Pfizer i Sinovac. Najviše je AstraZeneca vakcina – 319.390, Pfizer – 19.536 i Sinovac – 1.257. doza.

Objašnjenje smo zatražili i od prvog čovjeka Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Federacije BiH, ali na brojne telefonske pozive i poruku koju smo poslali, Siniša Skočibušić nije odgovorio.

U Federalnom ministarstvu zdravstva pak dali su nam do znanja da proces imunizacije vodi Zavod za javno zdravstvo Federacije BiH i da se za sve informacije u vezi s tim obratimo njima.

No, ipak su dodali da ne vjeruju kako će Pfizer i Sinovac vakcine, za koje je navedeno da im rok istječe u oktobru, otići u farmaceutski otpad te da će biti iskorištene za drugu dozu, kao i jedan dio AstraZeneca vakcina. Još su dodali da se u svim zemljama svijeta dešava da jednom broju vakcina istekne rok trajanja.

Ali koliko to može biti opravdanje za zemlju koja je tek prije nešto više od mjesec krenula sa masovnom vakcinacijom i u kojoj je stopa imunizacije ispod 20 posto?

Podsjetimo, AstraZeneca, od svih vakcina, do sada je imala najduži rok između dvije doze, od 10 do 12 sedmica.

No, Stručno savjetodavno tijelo za imunizaciju Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva, na sastanku održanom početkom prošlog mjeseca, dalo je preporuku kantonalnim zavodima za javno zdravstvo prema kojoj se skraćuje period revakcinacije vakcinom AstraZeneca na šest sedmica.

Slučajno ili su još jednom htjeli skrenuti pažnju na preporuku od prošlog mjeseca, jučer je to tijelo podsjetilo da svi oni koji su u 31. sedmici 2021. (26. i 27. jula) vakcinisani AstraZenecom, mogu se već javiti na isto vakcinalno mjesto gdje su primili prvu dozu kako bi se revakcinisali.

Dodajmo da je do sada u BiH, putem COVAX i EU4HEALTH mehanizma, direktne nabavke i donacija, prema riječima Dušana Kojića, pomoćnika ministra u Sektoru za zdravstvo pri Ministarstvu civilnih poslova BiH, stiglo 2.969.050 vakcina.
