U Federaciji BiH 3. januar neradni dan

Ponedjeljak, 3. januar 2022. godine neradni je dan povodom obilježavanja Nove godine, saopćeno je iz Federalnog ministarstva rada i socijalne politike.

Na osnovu Uredbe sa zakonskom snagom o preuzimanju i primjenjivanju saveznih zakona (“Službeni list RBiH”, broj: 2/92), odnosno Zakona o potvrđivanju uredbi sa zakonskom snagom (“Službeni list RBiH”, broj: 13/94), u Federaciji Bosne i Hercegovine se, kao federalni zakon, primjenjuje Zakon o praznicima (“Službeni list SFRJ”, broj: 6/73), naveli su iz ministarstva.

U skladu sa pomenutim zakonom, u Federaciji Bosne i Hercegovine se obilježavaju Nova godina i međunarodni praznik rada – Prvi maj. Navedenim zakonom propisano je da se Nova godina proslavlja 1. i 2. januara. Ako jedan od dana u koje se slavi Nova godina pada u nedjelju, praznikom se smatra prvi naredni radni dan poslije ta dva dana.

– S obzirom da 2. januar 2022. godine pada u nedjelju, praznikom će se smatrati i prvi naredni radni dan, to jest 3. januar – navedeno je u saopćenju Federalnog ministarstva rada i socijalne politike.
