U nedjelju počinje zimsko računanje vremena, korona odgodila odluku o ukidanju

Zimsko računanje vremena počinje u nedjelju 25. oktobra 2020. godine. Tada ćemo, u noći sa subote na nedjelju, kazaljke u tačno 3 sata pomjeriti 60 minuta unazad – na 2 sata.

Praksa je da se sat pomjera svakog posljednjeg vikenda u oktobru čime se sa ljetnog prelazi na zimsko računanje vremena.

Ovo bi moglo biti posljednje pomijeranje kazaljki sa ljetnog na zimsko računanje jer je Evropski parlament u martu 2019. godine izglasao ukidanje pravila “do kraja 2021. godine”.

Problem je tu tome što zemlje EU još nisu odabrale da li će ostati privržene ljetnom ili zimskom računanju.

Zemlje koje žele ostati na ljetnom računanju kazaljke će posljednji put pomaknuti u martu 2021. godine. Također, moguće je da će se desiti konsenzus, odnosno da će sve zemlje pristati na isti model, najvjerovatnije ljetni.

Ipak, s obzirom na Brexit i pogotovo koronavirus, problem računanja vremena je gurnut ustranu pa bi se donošenje rješenja moglo odužiti sve do 2022.

Što se tiče BiH, Vijeće ministara Bosne i Hercegovine trebalo je još prošle godine razmotriti nacrt zakona kojim bi se pratila odluka Brisela, ali ona nikada nije došla na red iako je Institut za mjeriteljstvo proslijedilo materijal.

Svakako je izvjesno da će BiH pratiti odluku Evropske unije i prilagoditi se ukidanju sezonskog pomjeranja vremena.
