U Sudu BiH danas počinje suđenje u predmetu “Respiratori”

Čitanjem optužnice i iznošenjem uvodnih riječi Tužilaštva BiH i odbrana optuženih danas će u Sudu Bosne i Hercegovini započeti suđenje u predmetu “Respiratori”.

U ovom predmetu optuženi su federalni premijer Fadil Novalić, njegova zamjenica Jelka Milićević, suspendovani direktor Federalne uprave civilne zaštite Fahrudin Solak, te vlasnik firme Srebrena malina Fikret Hodžić.

Suđenje je zakazano nakon što su svi optuženi, na ročištu održanom krajem januara, negirali krivnju.

užilaštvo BiH, podsjetimo, Novalića, Solaka i Hodžića tereti za udruživanje radi činjenja krivičnih djela u vezi sa zloupotrebom položaja ili ovlasti, primanje nagrade ili drugog oblika koristi za trgovinu utjecajem, pranje novca, krivotvorenje ili uništenje poslovnih ili trgovačkih knjiga ili isprava, krivotvorenje službene isprave i povredu obaveze vođenja trgovačkih ili poslovnih knjiga i sastavljanja finansijskih izvještaja i njihovo falsifikovanje ili uništavanje. Jelki Milićević na teret se stavlja nesavjestan rad u službi.

Predmet se odnosi na nabavku 100 kineskih respiratora u aprilu prošle godine, a koje je Federalna uprava civilne zaštite (FUUCZ) nabavila posredstvom Srebrene maline.

Glavni advokat tima odbrane federalnog premijera Fadila Novalića Vasvija Vidović kazala je nakon ročišta za izjašnjenje o krivnji da su u optužnici u predmetu “Respiratori” navedena krivična djela, “od kojih najteža nisu ni opisana”, te da je ubijeđena da je ovaj predmet rezultat “media plana”.

Potencirala je kao potpuno neuobičajenu situaciju koju je u javnosti “media planom” stvorilo Tužilaštvo BiH, a to je da je unaprijed stvorena krivnja optuženih, te da će o tome govoriti u uvodnoj riječi.

Kazala je i kako se Tužilaštvo BiH preko posrednika miješalo u pokušaje da se montiraju i stave u funkciju kupljeni respiratori.

Jučer je iz Federalne uprave civilne zaštite saopćeno da su respiratori verifikovani i stavljeni u funkciju, kao i da su sasvim sigurni za upotrebu.

Tužilaštvo je, podsjetit ćemo, tokom istrage izašlo u javnost sa saopćenjem da su oni “potpuno neupotrebljivi za liječenje oboljelih od COVID-19”.

Predmet “Respiratori” od samog početka je pretvoren u “relity show”, gdje su detalji iz istrage redovno “curili” u probrane medije, dok advokati optuženih tvrde da se radi o dosta “tankom” predmetu kada su dokazi u pitanju.

Suđenje u predmetu “Respiratori” vodit će se pred tročlanim vijećem koje čine sudije Džemila Begović, Branko Perić i Braco Stupar.
