U Tuzli počinje izgradnja stambeno-poslovne zone ”Crystalico”!

Gradsko vijeće Tuzla danas je na sjednici usvojilo regulacioni plan Irac-Jug. Na sjednici je istaknuto da usvajanje regulacionog plana otvara vrata za investiciju vrijednu milijardu maraka! Naime, holandski investitori su zajedno sa vlasnikom prostora Livnice odlučili da izgrade poslovno-stambeni kvart u Tuzli. Naziv idejnog projekta je Crystalico.

Usvajanjem regulacionog plana stvoreni su uslovi za početak radova, a u narednih pet godina očekuje se potpuna izgradnja kompleksa.

Prostorna cjelina ”Irac-Jug” nalazi se u središnjoj zoni zapadnog dijela grada, neposredno između regulisanog korita rijeke Jake i Južne saobraćajnice i predstavlja vezu nekoliko stambenih, stambenoposlovnih zona i to: kolektivnog stambenog naselja Irac sa sjeverne strane, naselja Slatina sa Unverzitetskim centrom sa istoka i sjeveroistoka, individualnog stambenog naselja Mosnik sa južne strane i sa zapadne strane stambenoposlovnim zonama Kreka i Solana.
