Udruženje poslodavaca FBiH: Vladin Prijedlog zakona štetno rješenje
Udruženje poslodavaca Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine pozvalo je zastupnike u Predstavničkom domu Parlamenta Federacije BiH da ne usvoje prijedlog zakona o ublažavanju negativnih ekonomskih posljedica koji je Vlada FBiH uputila Parlamentu FBiH radi razmatranja i svajanja po hitnom postupku.
Iz UPFBiH upozoravaju da će, ukoliko se Zakon usvoji u predloženom obliku, biti usvojeno loše zakonsko rješenje koje će imati višestruke negativne posljedice na privredu FBiH.
Zbog kratkog vremena od objave autentičnog teksta prijedloga zakona do početka zakazane sjednice Predstavničkog doma Parlamenta FBiH, praktično je nemoguće pripremiti i dostaviti kvalitetne amandmane kojima bi se značajno poboljšao tekst prijedloga zakona, a samim tim osiguraju kvalitetnija rješenja za kompanije.
Zbog toga traže da se Zakon ne usvaja na današnjoj sjednici kako bi se omogućilo amandmansko djelovanje na prijedlog Zakona koji je usvojila Vlada FBiH.
Iz UPFBiH upozoravaju da će ukoliko se usvoji prijedlog Zakona u tekstu koji je predložila Vlada FBiH mnoge kompanije, naročito u segmentu malih i srednjih preduzeća koja su morala obustaviti proizvodnju, biti prisiljene otpustiti radnike, jer već sada imaju problem sa isplatama minimalnih plaća, direktnih i indirektnih poreza i doprinosa za mart.
Iz UPFBiH naglašavaju da zastupnici u Parlamentu FBiH trebaju odbiti usvojiti predloženi tekst Zakon.
Smatraju da je u interesu cijele društvene zajednice da se donese Zakon s kvalitetnim rješenjima, koji će pomoći očuvanju radnih mjesta i privrednih tokova s pozitivnim efektima koji će zaista ublažiti negativne efekte na ekonomiju koji su izazvani pandemijom koronavirusa.
