Ugostitelji protestuju: Uništavate nam egzistenciju
Grupa ugostitelja i zaposlenih u ovoj oblasti okupili su se danas ispred zgrade Vlade Tuzlanskog kantona u Tuzli poručujući kako je odluka za skraćivanje radnog vremena ugostiteljskim objektima do 20 sati diskriminatorna i da im je ugrožena egzistencija.
Vlasnici objekata kažu kako su nameti i dalje visoki te da niko nije razmatrao kako da im olakša rad, a da su ovom mjerom poljuljali ionako već poljuljanu privredu.
Saša Mitrović zapošljava 20 radnika. Kazao je kako ga “boli kao čovjeka što, kada se uvode mjere, prvo nastradaju ugostitelji”.
“Pridržavali smo se svih mjera. Ne bježim od toga ni da se uvedu strože mjere, mi bismo se i njih prdiržavali, ali skraćivanje radnog vremena znači da moji radnici imaju 480 radnih sati manje, manja je i zarada. Nisam otpustio nijednog radnika tokom prethodnog perioda, prijavio sam se na javne pozive za pomoć, ali nisam dobio niti jednog dinara. Ovo je diskriminatorski odnos i razočaran sam”, rekao je Mitrović za N1.
Kazao je kako je današnji mirni protest pokušaj da se nešto promijeni i postignu neki dogovor s predstavnicima vlasti.
“Znamo da ni Kriznom štabu nije lako jer borimo protiv teške bolesti, ali moraju nas shvatiti. Kada su donosili mjere trebao je biti prisutan barem neko od ugostiteljskih radnika. Pojedini objekti žive od rada navečer, gledamo da zadržimo radnike koje smo prijavili na osam sati i plaćamo poreze za njih, šta ćemo sada”, upitao je.
Poručuje kako su uposlenici njegovi prijatelji i da njihove porodice žive od toga te da će se do kraja boriti da ih ne otpusti i da mogu raditi i zaraditi za egzistenciju.
Sanel Bajrami ima nekoliko objekata u kojima ima 75 zaposlenih. Rad mu je ugrožen prvobitnom mjerom o skraćivanju rada noćnih ugostiteljskih objekata do 23 sata, a ovom dodatnom ih, ističe, uništavaju.
“Ovo je preveliki udar na nas i ne vidim nikakvu pozitivnu priču iz ovoga po naše uposlenike i nas. Ja sam i muzičar i znam da od ugostitelja ovisi egzistencija njih oko 5.000, a koji ne ulaze u evidencije jer potpisuju ugovore o djelu. Ističu kako im egzistencija nije ugrožena već uništena. Troškovi ostaju isti, nema spuštanja PDV-a ni nameta, a ne smijemo raditi. Jako teško ćemo izdržati obaveze prema radnicima, Gradu, kantonu i državi”, rekao je Bajrami.
Kantonalna privredna komora TK podržala je ugostitelje i poručila kako je oko 20.000 uposlenika ugroženo ovom odlukom, ne računajući u to i njihove porodice. Poručili su kako je ovo dodatno poljuljalo privredu u Tuzlanskom kantonu i nadaju se drugačijem rješenju.
