Ugostitelji sutra izlaze na proteste pred zgradu Vlade TK
Ugroženo je 20.000 radnika
Ugostitelji iz Tuzle sutra u 12 sati održat će mirne proteste pred zgradom Vlade TK.
Razlog za ovo okupljanje je nova Naredba Kriznog štaba Ministarstva zdravstva TK koju je potpisao ministar zdravstva Božo Jurić a kojom je ograničen rad svih ugostiteljskih objekata najduže do 20 sati.
Naredba se odnosi na sve ugostiteljske objekte bez izuzetaka (bez obzira da li se radi o zasebnom objektu ili objektu u sklopu nekog drugog javnog objekta).
Naredbom Kriznog štaba Ministarstva zdravstva ugostiteljima u Tuzlanskom kantonu od danas je zabranjen rad poslije 20 sati, zbog čega će vlasnici kafića i restorana sutra izaći na proteste. Poručuju da je spornom naredbom ugroženo 20.000 radnih mjesta.
“Kriznom štabu Ministarstva zdravstva Tuzlanskog kantona od predstavnika ugostitelja s područja Tuzle će biti dostavljeni sljedeći zahtjevi: vraćanje radnog vremena regulisanog zakonom do 23 sata, a ukoliko do toga ne dođe, tražimo odgovornost nadležnih donosilaca osporavanih naredbi i odluka da preuzmu odgovornost za nadoknadu štete nanesenom naredbom o skraćenom radnom vremenu”, navode tuzlanski ugostitelji.
Oni traže i sastanak s premijerom TK, ministrom zdravstva i predstavnicima Kriznog štaba, uz prisustvo predstavnika ugostitelja pri kreiranju i donošenja odluka i naredbi koje su vezane za ugostiteljski sektor.
Tuzlanski ugostitelji su također pozvali građane da im se pridruže i pruže podršku za ostvarivanje prava, ali i opstanak cjelokupnog ugostiteljskog sektora koji ima okvirno 20 hiljada uposlenih, kroz javnu podršku i jasan stav da ovakve odluke ne mogu biti jednostrano donesene, bez konsultacije s predstavnicima sektora, i potencijalnih rješenja za štetu nanesenu tim odlukama.
Poručuju da je vrijeme da vlast i odgovorni preuzmu potpunu, a ne parcijalnu odgovornost za sve one koji svoj posao rade pošteno i godinama pune budžet kojim oni upravljaju.
