Uhapšen profesor zbog uzimanja novca za izdavanje diploma bez polaganja ispit
TUZLA, (Patria) – Po nalogu Kantonalnog tužilaštva Tuzlanskog kantona pripadnici Federalne uprave policije FBiH su danas u Mješovitoj srednjoj rudarskoj školi u Tuzli slobode lišili profesora Z.S (62) iz Tuzle koji je osumnjičen za krivično djelo primanje dara ili drugih oblika koristi a vezano za primanje novca od vanrednih polaznika ove škole kako bi im omogućio da bez polaganja ispita pred ispitnim komisijama u ovoj školi steknu zvanje rudarskog ili geološkog tehničara.
Lišenju slobode je prethodila višemjesečna istraga Tužilaštva i Federalne uprave policije FBiH, uz saradnju sa drugim agencijama za provođenje zakona.
On je osumnjičen da je kao profesor i član komisije za obrazovanje odraslih u ovoj školi u periodu od juna 2017. do juna 2018. godine od deset (10) vanrednih polaznika tražio i uzeo određene iznose novca kako bi bez polaganja ispita pred ispitnim komisijama stekli ova zvanja, te također da je od još četiri (4) vanredna polaznika tražio novac, što su oni odbili.
Pripadnici Federalne uprave policije će obaviti kriminalističku obradu te će osumnjičeni biti predat u nadležnost Tužilaštva.
Postupajući tužilac je donio naredbu o provođenju istrage, osumnjičeni će biti ispitan i najvjerovatnije će biti stavljen prijedlog za određivanje pritvora.
Istraga u ovom predmetu se nastavlja i u cilju utvrđivanja eventualne umiješanosti i drugih osoba u ovim i drugim sličnim nezakonitim radnjama.
